I always thought that defacing currency was a felony.
As long as you do NOT fraudulently press/smash the coins & then fraudulently spend the coins your safe.

Unless we get specific instructions from the DOT to remove them, I’d recommend keeping the existing ones because I believe the issue is still in flux.
I’ve known about this issue for quite some time since I myself asked the DOT about placing a cache and was directed to their notice. To me, it has already been made clear that geocaching was to stop. Thier only fault was not telling GC.com or the WGA directly. However, once the WGA is aware of the policy the WGA/Approvers are liable for not following the policy.

Not at all a hard cache to find. I took the rail to Harvard and walked the mile or so to the cache. this was a nice walk through Harvard and a large park which the name escapes me.For a hard cache to get out with so many people around. This is by the convention center and the river. The hard part is this is right where LOTS of people walk.

Sorry to hear about your dog but unless your 110% sure your dog has no bites you should take it to a vet for a check up. Some puncture wounds will close back up and can be very hard to see. Only a week later or so, an infection might set in causing serious problems.
For your legal rights that some might not tell you about please read this.
Wisconsin StatutesIn short, if your dog is hurt the owner owes you the monies for treatment.

“If you open it now, you will not be able to open it later”
From the mother in-law.
I have one on an island and I rated it a four not a five. ( Don’t Float Away ) During the winter you typically can walk to it and in the summer you can walk to it as long as you’re willing to get very wet. With five stars being Special equipment I felt that no boat or other gear was truly required to reach the cache.
I would say just because it’s on an island is not direct cause for a five star, but rather the risk of getting to the island might be if using no special equipment like a boat.
[/url]I thought natural barriers made the distance null as well.
For example, you could have two caches 200 feet apart due to the fact there were separated by a river or a cliff.

One caveat is that I have never so much as touched a Magellan. I hear they cause unsightly warts and halitosis in laboratory animals.
Hmm, so maybe THAT’S what’s causing all of Trekkin’s recent dental woes!
Honeybunnies, you know you are welcome to come cache with us, and even stay with us, anytime. That goes for the rest of you guys. Only problem, dog owners, though we love dogs, our son’s dog does not. 😥 Still, we’d take anyone out caching in the area, GSAK lessons or not!
So, where do you put your sons dog when others come over with theirs?

Cheezehead is in also. Ya, is there a prize for the lowest points? There ‘s not too many lonely caches around me, but there is one of mine and one I adopted. How would that play out?
You can’t get credit for your own caches, but there are 12 caches on the list within 30 miles of Hayward, and only two are yours (Apostle Island and the Hayward Cheesehead and the 52 Pickup you adopted).
Ummm, not to sound stupid, but how did find that out? I did look at the list, is there a way to figure out which are the closest?
