HAHAHAH
You are fools going with that simple device compared to my TESLA PURPLE ENERGY SHIELD
Is this place just North of Madison? Want to make sure I’m looking in the right place.

You should make 5-500 more those and sell them on Ebay.
I have to ask though what is the # of waypoint an eggplant stores?
Thanks to those who posted pics so far. I think I go with the non-leg version since legs add weight. I do like the drawers in Flushingrouse.
Flushingrouse – That’s 1/4″?
Love your case that you put the coin in. Mind if I ask where to get them from?

Did you get any more info on this?
Well we are interested BUT there is no way we are getting up at 430am to drive 3 hours for breakfast.
Are there any hotels for a reasonable night rate? Just need a decent place with two beds for the night of 27th.
Do you happen to know of any local hotels that would meet this?
This been the closet meeting/food thing to us that we could make so were quite interested.
I came across this info based upon my want to place a cache at two rest areas. I called the manager in charge of them and he not only said he knows about geocaching but he received a memo stating that they are not allowed on DOT property.
I know others have caches at rest areas and Welcome centers. I think these are great places for traveling cachers.
I was wondering if others ran into this ban which was told to me.

Are families welcome? Just need to ask not putting you on the spot.
Also,
It is my understanding that the DOT has some type of memo out not allowing cachers to place caches on their property. The Welcome Centers are not part of DOT oddly enough.
Does anyone have something to this effect?
I think it would only be fair to ask the same.

I am curious if you can elaborate more on how to implement a “cleanup of disabled caches” policy. There are several caches in our area that have been disabled for a long time. I have emailed the owners but they do not respond. Adoption is always an option but I am not sure about what one needs to do “officially” to adopt a cache.
I do think the WGA needs to implement some type of policy to streamline these processes a little bit faster.Don from AstroD-Team
That would let people share the card with others and short change the park system.

Why don’t they just issue a card where you can just keep it in your glove compartment, and then place it on your dashboard by the driver’s side while you enter these parks?

Has the board or anyone actually looked into this?
I know we have a few caches at welcome centers already but was wondering if we received a global WI ok.
I called ATV Girl today and it sounded like I was the first to ask.
Given this we would be happy to join everyone at a group site.
For general planning purposes:
That would be 2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog, in 1 large tent.

You are correct, it is difficult to find the specific pet rules for Rock Island. You almost have to go through the reservation process to get to them. Here’s the quote from ReserveAmerica: “NO pets allowed on campsites #1 – 19, or on remote sites “A – E”Conversely, pets are allowed on campsites #20-35 and on the group sites.
