Having gone caching with Mr. Team Honeybunnies and seeing him use his PDA and a bad cache hunt later due to me not having the print out I decided to try the PDS thing.
I downloaded GSAK and been using it for a whole 5 days now and even had my 1st Pocket Query. Not sure why I waited so long to do one but WOW . That is so nice I now have all caches in 200 mile radius around my house.
Why didn’t someone hit me over the head earlier to try out all this?
Anyhow, I look more forward to getting the rest of the items to go fully paperless.

A question was asked on GC.com if the ship date for the WI coin was still on track. If you let me know I can post or someone else can.

To those who are paranoid schizophrenic you are never caching alone since you are always being watched and followed.
wow that’s on the other side of the state.
I really for some reason thought that was up by Eau Claire.
I’m going to have to pass. Really would like to but with so many caches I have yet to hit on my side of the state it’s hard to justify a trip of that length.
Thanks.
Do you have the wapoint name?

Would like to but this will unfortunately keep us away.
Hummm. I just went through ALL my emails with GC.com and never did they mention a cost associated with that icon. Bad business in my book.
There are two ways
[url*]www.cnn.com[/url*]
Or
[*url=http://www.cnn.com]Place your text here[/url*]
Take out the “*” for each code since I placed this in the code so it would show.

I take it the sales of coins so far has far exceeded expectations?
Actually… No it has not
For me at least, I expected it.

Was someone from the board going to post a for sell info on GC.com boards?
The custom icon is part of the cost of the tracking numbers.
I already sent the information regarding the icon to the board as well a possible sample art. This information included correspondence from GC.com about the icon as well. I can only assume they are fully aware of it.
The two sizes are 32×32 and 16×16 pixels.
The fact this is even an issue is amazing.

So how are you finding caches without a GPSr?
I had to do this only once since I was caching in a very bad storm and there was no signal. I used the title and experience gained to pick where a normal geocache would be stashed. It took me about same amount time to find as with a GPSr.
However, I’ve done quite a few that no way could I have even arrived within 1/2 mile of a cache without the cords. It’s quite possible just have to select caches which would be easier to hunt without one.
Anyhow, welcome
