I manage a park system and I’ve seen some people be very responsible with their dogs and I’ve seen other people be incredibly LAZY. That is the only thing I can think of why they wouldn’t clean up after their dog when there are kids running around barefoot. Of course, as these people are the center of their own universe I suppose it is completely in their rights to act like this (sarcasm hopefully obvious)

I think this type of thing goes in cycles…in my part of Northern WI/MN puzzle caches have become the “thing” with an astounding amount of creativity shown. I would guess that the novelty will wear off and the simple single stage cache will return. Only to be replaced by????

Missed the campout last fall…planning on attending an event in Duluth,MN on April 15th…any other northern/western cachers heading for that one??

I haven’t looked into to the Chippewa event yet…need to check with SWMBO.

It has been fun doing geocaches in both WI and MN…and checking out the forums for both statewide organizations. I also like to check out things on the big website (geocaching.com). A lot of clever and devious ‘cache hiders out there .

I’ve even managed to pick up some limited….very limited html skills working on the cache pages. I have a cache waiting to be approved that only took me about 2 hours to build the page LOL.
