****WZBT03 SIGHTING****
At approximately 18:30 hours on the 8th of August, 2005 a person matching the description of WZBT03 was seen walking a dog in the vicinity of N42°41.450 W88°59.260(South Pontiac Drive in Janesville). I’m not sure if it was actually wzbt03 because I didn’t have time to go back and to make sure it was him, so I’m just logging this as a note.
****END OF WZBT03 SIGHTING****

I just assume that if Brat has posted something that has not been edited I can come back later to read a different post.
I just noticed it is now being discussed in three different threads, and someone has posted a archive note on the event page. It just reminds me why I don’t read those participate in those forums much anymore.
This topic seems to come up over in those forums after every WGA event. I guess when a single event listing gets over 1000 logs it gets noticed.

Are you really sure you want to phrase it that way?
I saw this post and went straight to the cache page and spent about an hour and a half solving the puzzles. Now I just have to find a reason to waste some gas and go find it.

It’s nice to hear that I’m not the only one to be stopped by the New Berlin police while out caching. Only my stop was because a white van had just been used in a robbery and my van looked suspicious parked at the end of a dead end street.
He obviously has never searched for one of wzbt03’s caches.
I don’t know how Jeff does it. There could be no thorns around for miles, but somehow his caches are always in the middle of some of the sharpest thorns. I usually end up leaving a blood sample near his caches.
I will be able to face the Gauntlet on Sunday.
E-mail has been sent.
Most of the rules have been in place for over a year. The new additions seem to be the limits, the money/permit, and the monthly checkups.
This is currently being discussed in the GS Forums.
It’s funny that I can’t find any info about this on the District’s own website, but they did forward the rules to GC.com, which isn’t the first place I would look for info on placing a cache in a local forest preserve.
If they need money, they should take maleki’s suggestion and issue permits for the people that use the FP parking lots as a place to hookup.
I’m interested in coming along on this one, but I won’t know if i’m free until the 25th.
I’ve spent a little time working on this and it has only given me a headache and has me wondering about a few things.
1. Why are there 35 characters per line(except for the last line)?
2. Why is the word offset in quotes?
3. Is it possible that the message is double encrypted using two different encoding schemes?
and what I think is the most important
4. Why am I spending so much time trying to figure this thing out?
It was started by wzbt03 on February 1. When I do a search using his name the topic is one of the last on the list, but clicking it brings up a page not found error.
It looks like it was just a power outage.
