Sorry to hear that. It is bad enough when they steal your cache in the woods but stealing right from your yard is horrible.
Permanone works great and lasts several washings.
Not sure if this is the same as Permetherin but it lasts several washings also. Hoping for good results with the cedarcide-it is much more body friendly!!
Thanks to all that volunteered. It is wonderful to give back! You are awesome!!!!
Congrats Barry & Val on 10,000!!!!
Hello Jim and welcome to our addiction!! I actually live pretty close to you in Sparta. Besides meeting cachers on the trail, events are a great way to meet others. Feel free to contact me if you need help with anything. Hope to see you on the trail.
Thank you Mr. GT! I just ordered mine.
I whipped out my Cedarcide and sprayed all over myself, the kids, and the dog. Soon I was picking dead ticks off of me and and didn’t find any more lives ones. It really works!
I’ve never heard of Cedarcide-where do you get it?
Thanks everyone! This is a series we really enjoyed and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
So which one was your favorite? I would have a hard time picking but I really liked the northern ones.
Congrats on 10,000! That is a lot of smilies and a lot of memories you’ve made!!
Congrats on #1300. I see you hit it while doing some the WGA State Park series. Hope you are enjoying the State Park series as much as we did.
Congrats BeccaDay on 3000!!!! Just think of all the fun you’ve had getting there and how much more fun is to come!!!!
We’ve always said that milestones are what you make them.
Very seldom do we spotlight and cache to make a milestone because we also think that the milestone is what you make it. Sometimes given the right circumstances/company a park & grab can be as memorable as a nice scenic location.
01/29/2016 at 6:52 am in reply to: Candidate Question | Enlisting the help of the Membership #2046599The general membership IS the WGA. All organizations need a group to guide them and keep them connected but the real strength of the organization is the members. The board needs to reach out to the members as they did with the WGA State Park Series. It is way too much for 9 people to try to do on their own so it is important that the board engaged the membership to help. And yes, there will be members that do not want to help but keep reaching out and you many will be found that do want to help.
Many times changes are made at work that are not popular with the employees in my department. We are a small department so I always try to find some good in the bad and try to change everyone’s bad attitude to positive. I try to convince them to just give it a try and it usually takes a few days but by everyone working together it isn’t as bad as we thought it was at the start.
I have never been a WGA board member but sure would like to change that!!!!
