Board members, regardless of what type of event they are at, should always remember they are a representative of the WGA and should support the WGA’s mission. BOD must listen to members concerns, requests and if possible make it happen. You try to do as the members want regardless of your personal feelings. You are here to represent the members, not yourself. In additon, if it is a WGA event you have responsibilities to help plan the event and at the event do your part to make the event run smooth so everyone can have a fun time.
