We could bring a gallon of mom wingwalkers Chili with noodles to pass as a backup. All the cub scout family’s love it so I am sure it would pass muster there.

It used to anyway, that is until the battery pooped out after a winter.

Treasures of Scouting is a program that highlites all scouting programs. Those include,
Cache to Cub Scouts: The Cub Scouting program is uniquely designed to meet the needs of young boys and their parents, offering fun and challenging experiences that inspire confidence and teach important values.

Action! Boy Scouts: In the Boy Scout program, boys (ages 11-17) learn and grow through the experiences of camping, hiking, building projects, and community service. Scouting fosters self-esteem, a sense of value and belonging, a sense of accountability, and teamwork. It’s also fun!

AdVenturing Crew: The Venturing program is unique because it uses extreme outdoor adventure as the method for building character, peer-to-peer bonds, and independence. It’s open to young men and women between the ages of 14 and 20.

Volunteer Quest: Scouting volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, but all are committed to one thing — leading youth to become responsible, caring, and competent citizens.

BSA Alumni Connection: If you are—or have ever been—active in Scouting, we invite you to reconnect at http://www.BSAalumni.org. You were there for the first 100 years, now join us for the next century of Scouting!

Good luck in finding them and dont forget your entry for the geo coin.

I take care of the Glacier’s Edge Council caches. The caches with entry cards in them are “Treasures of Scouting” caches. There are also “Cache to eagle” caches. Those you can earn a cool patch from. There are special travel bug tags that each council released. There were 5 tags, 1 each of Leadership, Character, Achievement, Service and Outdoors. You can find them by searching Pillars of Scouting.
Find the Glacier’s Edge Council caches from this linkhttp://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?tx=32bc9333-5e52-4957-b0f6-5a2c8fc7b257&u=Glacier’sEdgeCouncil
    Good luck

I second Zuma’s post. It was another fun weekend out camping, caching and meeting new people. It was a weekend of milestones and learning. Everything went well except for the 30 degree night saturday. Stoke up the fire and all is well. THANKS YA ALL

in reply to: Will you be camping at the park? #1931790

We will be getting there of Friday. My son Jim (Wingwalker) will be the fire tender. Some of you may know all about Jim from a few other campouts. With all the will attends we should have more than 1 bonfire.

That sure was a nice article. I am glad to hear that the auther actually went out and found a few of the caches. It gives them a better idea of the feeling you get in the find. Puzzle finds are the best in my book, after you do the work to solve it then actually make the find. I have pretty close to 140 on the solved, not found pile and belly of the beast is one of them. I guess now that the kids are back in school I will be able to find some of them. As long as they dont get archived. LOL

I think Marble guy was asking about the Path tags. We were just chatting in the field the other day and asked me if I got mine. As far as I know he bought 2 sets. He would like me to pick up his coins if there will be in by the campout. You can conform with him on that.

I belive that if there is a container with cords in it, a piece of tape with cords, or numbers written on a pipe with given cords to the next Wp then it would be a multi. If you have to answer a question or do any sort of math then it’s a puzzle.
