Yup! I noticed. I love it when magic happens. Now, if I had as good as luck on the Lottery numbers!

Maybe we need to blow our own horn!
Thank you for your reply. A mentor would serve as a counselor or a guide, either online or on the ground.
Looking for Someone to Cache with implies that an established team is willing to join with other established teams in search of a or many geocaches.
This is probably splitting hairs.
Perhaps if the subheading of Looking for Someone to Cache With would be modified to reflect the purpose.
Anyhow……

Call it Introduce Yourself with a subheading of…
Here’s the place to learn about our fellow members. Just getting started? Questions about how it all works? We were all starters once; ask here.[This message has been edited by rpaske (edited 03-03-2005).]

I like this idea.

Another reason for Fire fox and Thunderbird – you may have a ‘thing’ about the Big Blue Machine. Firefox is an Open Source Browser. It allows usrs to add useful features.
Now, I have nothig against the Big Blue Machine. Mine happens to be a medium sized beige machine.

Getting back to the original idea – not that welcoming new geocachers isn’t a great idea – But that new member forum? Any thoughts? Or is it belaboring the point?
Congratulations to all of the winning candidates. Now, the work, and enjoyment, continues. I will come up with a list, shortly. (*wink*)

This link http://www.geocaching.com/calendar/ will access geocaching.com event calendar. Clicking on the day’s date, will show the events for that day.
Have been using Firefox and Thunderbird for the last month. No problems with gpx files, or for that matter, anything else.

I figure an Asian breakfast menu will be puzzle enough. 😉
Hartford! Asian Breakfast! Geocachers! Man that is some recipe. At least, I don;t have to try and solve some puzzle to get to this, I hope! Count me in.
I just sent email to DUMPA expressing my feelings and thank you for the event. I was unable to attend due to prior family obligations.
Ray, as well as those who attended, worked hard to change the negative into a positive.
I think that each of use, when we stoop down to pick up that piece of litter, or we stop to say thank you to the park staff, or we patiently explain our hobby to others, or we send emails to new geocachers who have found one of our geocachers, help our organization.
Geocachers, like Dumpa, go beyond the call.
Once again, Thank you, Dumpa.
Very Congrats on the micro cache!
