Just reloaded garmin V back to 2.08. Installed routable maps from city select and downloaded new waypoints. So, that’s all set. When I use mapsource to route from point A to Point B, it routes from my door step to the final destination. But when I route using only the gps it routes from the nearest main road (about .25 miles away) to the final point. Is this common?
oooo boy, what a mother goose cache that would be!!! Just think of the pile of logs for the first cache!
Next question. Did either one of you first install the beta version (I think it was 2.12???) then install 2.20?

Ahh Shucks! It was a cold one today. Didn’t hit 300 by the first of the year, but close. Thanks for the congrats.

Nah! I am sure that they are as equally as good. Something like, , Boy! that RPaske. What a fabulous guy! (winks and smiles)
I am thinking about, perhaps, writing an article for submission to wigeocching newsletter regarding this cache and perhaps the first ten finders.
Something like, How did you discover geocaching, what was your first memorable experience while geocaching Pike Powder hike, suggestions for newbies, etc. Perhaps a few snapshots. Any pne interested in sharing?I am very glad to have met the humans behind the geocaches. I take back all of the bad things I have muttered while searching for their caches. No, really, I do. Really.
I feel fortunate to have joined a group of people concerned about the environment and enjoying the sport of geocaching.I love it when I ask a question, then answer it! Is the oldest active cache in Wi Pike Powder Hike? http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=945
