Last week we were in Mo, camping. I used my cell phone as a modem, wired to my computer, to access information about local caches as well as information about campgrounds. The modem operated at about the speed of a 14.4 baud modem. Remember those good ole days? Well, it really made me appreciate how, the lack of graphics on a web page and the other fancy stuff, slowed things down.
Now, don’t get me wrong, here. I am all for an attractive. well laid out web page. However, I do think that web designers should be thinking of a simplicity of design. Perhaps one should take into consideration that one of the functions of a web page is for information.
I bit! I should have found this cache!

As you can see, the email is very, very close to the one which smokey & the teacher sent.
Congratulations, first, on your engagement. How lucky of you to find and keep that geocache. ;-).
Secondly, congrats on your first geocache. You have been bitten by two bugs.
I don’t suppose that he has a cell phone? Some cell phones can log into the WAP site of geocaching.com thereby, get all of the necessary info.
Interesting! That’s all I can say. Mom taught me to put the best construction on everything. I am also glad that there are 2086 other caches in the state left to find.

Someone wiser than I can contribute an answer that may be more correct than this one. IMO, if a cache has a log then it can be counted. In other words, if each stage of a multi has a signable log, then count it. No log in each stage, count only the final stage – the one with the log. (And, I don’t mean a wooden log!)
What a great family sport you have joined! I am sure that many hours will be spent exploring Wisconsin’s little known places together. Have a ball.
Welcome to Wisconsin Geocaching. I am sure that you will discover things about Wisconsin you have never known. You will see new things that Geocaching brings to you. And, you will be reading into places that you never thought you would have in the quest for that darn geocache!
This is a belated congratulations to the new board members as well as the past board members .
I am anxiously awaiting a summary of events discussed at the first meeting of the new board.
In addition, I would love to hear their perspective of the status of Wisconsin Geocaching.
Sorry for the nagging.
Just did a Google Search and found http://www.igolftech.com/productigolfgps.php
Welcome to Wi- Geocaching.
I think you will find local geocachers more than happy to give you assistance. You have called and they will come. Sorry. Couldn’t resist.

GIMP
is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed program for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring.A second anf free choice is Irfan View
Multi language support, thumbnail option, preview option, slideshow, drag-and-drop support, fast directory view, batch conversion, e-mail option, audio CD player, print option, change color depth, scan support, cut/crop, IPTC edit, effects (sharpen, blur, Adobe Photoshop filters), capturing, extract icons from EXE/DLL/ICLs, lossless JPG rotation, EXE/SCR creation, many hotkeys, many command line options, many plug-insI just used this program. No more going to each geocache page via the find function. This program allowed different detailed entries for all geocaches. Basically, it is copy and paste. Coy from the Cachemate data base on the PALM to the logging page of each geocaching age.
