I’ve come to dislike the ones on streets where you need to keep your camera out and make it look like you’re a tourist or you’ve found something REALLY interesting….my poor hubby got laughed at yesterday by a carload full of young girls as he snapped photo after photo of some flowers while searching in the mulch…. 😳

Congrats from our team as well… I’m in awe when a group similar to ours can find that many in less than a year! (we too are familiar with the distraction that frogs, bugs and other general critters bring along for the find. Makes the job that much tougher. Way to overcome!)

WOW 5000… I started this hobby with my son to ensure that didn’t return to school and say he didn’t do anything all summer (which he said last year).. I shall never worry again in my quest to get to those kinds of numbers!

    congrats!

So as part of the Oshkosh Library Summer Reading program, my boys each got a day pass to a State Park, so my husband and I are considering this for Sat afternoon for at least him and the older son. It would be good to meet others and perhaps pick up some pointers that we newbies haven’t figured out on our own.

Congrats from our crew as well… I’m trying to figure out how you fit it all in…

    1300 caches
    36 FTF’s
71 owned caches (which are no ordinary caches) (I think our first BakRdz cache was the one by Traeger school … GC1XG94 hubby was VERY impressed)
    designing a winning tshirt design
    designing the geo-coin

I’m sure there’s more, but in the little time we’ve been involved your name is all over the place!

Keep up the good work & thanks for sharing your talent!

Another update on the Pathtags in case you’ve been watching and waiting to make your order. We’re down to around a dozen sets remaining. These won’t last too much longer so if you were one of the many who posted on this thread that you were interested in purchasing a set of the WGA pathtags, don’t hesitate or they may be sold out!

Just wanted to say that I like the team name! Took a little to figure it out but it’s a great name. That and the signature line!

Thanks, I knew it was a little confusing, but it’s more of a reminder to us as a family that while we are “treasure” hunting, this is not really where our treasure is. I was afraid we could lose sight of that if we took this all too seriously. Every time we sign a log we remind ourselves!

thanks and thanks again for the hint on the border run… made it much easier for this mom to let them look again. (although 11:20 at night helped as well ;)… )
