I was up and at the computer, and certainly felt it. It sounded like something fell in the garage….then the windows shook. Strange, but I knew right away what it was.

Thanks for all the input. This weekend we purchased a two Motorola 5720. The use the same batteries as our GPSr, and seem to work just fine in our neighborhood. The big test will come next week when we head out to Yosemite for hiking and caching.
Last weekend we geocached for quite a few hours. Whizzer the dog had 6 ticks, and Mr. Rubee had one imbedded in his arm. From what the vet said this is pretty early for ticks, but he has had a few other pooches come in with them attached.
It’s no surprise to us that you have logged so many caches! Each one we have visited lately has your signature shirt and tie! Gotta love that! We got one from you at the Madison Breakfast, so have left them all behind for other cachers. Congrats on your stats.
