We crossed the border to get #800 on foreign soil last year. And it was pretty scary with all of the unsavory characters around. Barely got out with our lives. We went to Illinois. It still gives us chills.
ps. I hear they have a minor league football team there in Chicago.
Congratulations on 2000 finds! We have been on many adventures together and we hope to make it many more. Great job!
I recall driving miles and miles out of the way because Marie lost a mitten once, and we had to go back and get it.
But otherwise, on the all of the caching trips that we have done together, I have never seen Marie fall down, no once, so I don’t know what the others are talkingabout. She has balance like a cat as far as I know. Her driving skill on the other hand, well, lets just say that they are the stuff of legend (referencing the Mission Impossible series in Menominee).
I had the pleasure of caching with Roger on the “Ten Firefighter” caches in Kiel recently, and he was able to feret out some of the tougher ones for the team.
They are good people and good cachers.
Congratulations Lacknothing.
Nice job Brian. And a lot of them are puzzles, not P&Gs! Way to Go.
It is about a 4 mile round trip paddle. Very easy going. It took us about 3.5 hours to grab all ten caches, including a couple extended searches.
We could have paddled a little easier and taken a little longer if we wanted to.
There are a whole bunch of caches in the area to grab before or after the canoe portion of the trip.
The canoe trip is worth the effort, the caching adventure is worth the effort, and combined, makes it a must-do-can’t-miss series.
Add to that, watching your caching buddies flail around in the swamp, knee deep in muck. Well it doesn’t get better than that!
Congratulations and thanks for adding to our enjoyment of the sport.
Glad you brought a safety man with you. Walkingadventure teamed up with us to make the grab on the military series. It gave us both more confidence to go after harder caches.
Good job and welcome to the Goecacher Special Forces Team.
ps: But, now you have to live up to the expectations. You will hear “send in Mr GSF”, Or “not much of a GSF member if you don’t get this one”, and “did you buy that patch or earn it”. Yes, a double edged sword indeed.

Not many cachers hit all 50 states. That is quite the accomplishment. Well Done!
Good job going naked J&L.
We got naked last year. We have to do the naked redux this year.Congratulations on the milestone and doing it in style.
