I am glad to here that this is going to be a “geo-dog-friendly” event. We have just got to bring “our big sweetie”, she loves caching, well to be fair, she LOVES everything.

    Fire ants
    Trained garden snake?
    P.O.’d deer
    ummm…..

I think that a tan would be the way to go on this shirt. Also congrats on the design, WONDERFUL!!!

I believe that there is some open/avail parking for those of us in the family sites, but it is also a fairly short walk from the family sites to the group area. There is also some parking along the main road that seperates the family side from the group side. Pluse you could also bring your bike to ride from one to the other, as there are really nice trails to ride.

I will try tto get the name of the park director that I got the info from… I was a little to shocked at the fee to remember his name at the time.

Yep… no kidding… makes me not want to show off our nice little park areas that we have. It is disturbing to see any government levey a fee to something that should be free to use and do. Is this taxation without representation again? I know i wasen’t invited to the meeting that this was decided. Anyone here remember being invited?

Sorry for the rant, it had to be done 🙄

My best bet would be to turn it on a lathe….. or do it all by eye sight and feel…. wing it as it were….

    Good Luck with it

Wouldn’t that be a hotel? There is High Cliff down by Appleton, nice area, decent fishing in Winnebago, and great hiking trails. Also just to the south of that is Calumet County Park, same area, very nice trail system ( used to race mtn. bikes there). And ofcourse there is Hartmans Creek in Waupaca, where the WGA campout is. Best state campground I have been to!

I have been camping here for a long time…20+years. and all of the regular sites are very very nice!!! the central section are in an orchard type area the east end and the west end are in tall standing pines, so i guess whatever type of woods you like they kinda have! The wife (Jenn) and myself along with opus2112 and another one of us, we are going to be way on the east side in a double site. If you have any questions about the campground just ask away! See ya’all there!
