Congratulations you two! You should have let us all know, we could make up a “happy milestone” song to sing at the event.
Happy 2K to you, Happy 2K to you, Happy 2K, Shrek and Fiona, Happy 2K to you!
How’s that for a milestone song? Always nice to share a milestone with firends 😀 Congrats, S&F!😀 😀 😀 😀 😀
Congrats!
I just looked at your caches pages, and they look great! Very informative, and they make me want to go look for those hides the next time we’re in that area. Of course, if those ticks are too nasty, and your hides too evil, well… then I might have to change my mind! 😉
Now look for the fun of receiving notices that someone has found your caches. That’s always the best part for us.
How about the event GC2X85G this Saturday a bit north and west of you? I see that slbens from Mauston just logged their “will attend” for that event.
Hi, folks! We’re from Adams, Pat and Mark. We’re having an intro event (GC2XM25) at Roche-A-Cri State Park on the 16th, and several “seasoned” cachers will be there, too. Plan on coming if you’re free that afternoon. We’ll have cookies there… 😀
But you can meet a lot of people here in the forums, too, so keep visiting and asking questions and sharing ideas. Welcome!
Nice work on find #2000, WiHi! Nothing slows you down. Congrats!
(Are those glasses left over from Y2K?)Welcome to geocaching and the WGA! Nice to hear your story. Looking forward to seeing what you put out for your first hide. That can be just as fun as looking for caches.
As for that link you mentioned, I don’t think it has worked since the web site upgrade here a few months ago. Someone correct me if I am wrong. It’s been quite a busy time for the webmaster, but he’s doing a great job keeping all of us on the WGA site happy. 😀
I think he meant me, Gwyn… 😳 😳 😳
Same thing here, Gwyn. We were told to come home for lunch when the noon whistle blew, and for supper when the 6:00 whistle blew. They never saw much of us in between. Things aren’t quite the same now, but it sure beats sitting in front of the TV and the computer. (So why am I doing just that right now???)

Knew this one wouldn’t be long in coming! 😉 Congrats on the 7000 finds, Dave.
And with that many finds to drop your signature item in, have you lost all your marbles yet? 😆 -
