Spent the weekend visiting our two favorite state parks. Roche-a-Cri opened for the season on Friday, and Saturday was the work/play day where volunteers helped spiff up the place. We helped rake the camp sites and other heavy use areas. The place looks good, and it’s ready for visitors!
Today we hiked more of the Ice Age Trail in Hartman Creek SP and Emmons Creek Fisheries Area, putting in 3.4 miles and finding four caches on the IAT there that we hadn’t had the opportunity to go for before. Lots of people camping and picnicking at the summer home. We only did the latter.
