Now this one has me envisioning a dog with a need.

Magellans and mushrooms. Bad combo.
There is a thread about a Wisconsin cache being found on the other side of Lake Michigan, but I can’t seem to find it.
How about this, TBC?

HeliDood’s fairly new here. He hasn’t yet had the chance to share his opinions or to see all the rehashing of this issue. Both sides have points, both sides have validity. Is there a thread that we can refer HeliDood to?
Hey! Don’t go posting any “spoiler” photos here! 😉
I’m thinking I can see the cache container that has been eluding you, too, Helidood. If you look reeeeeeeeally close, it’s on the left side, quite a ways down in the photo, and (spoiler alert) it’s on the railing somewhere!
Gee, hope that Bigfoot didn’t wreck the fishing when he did his cannonball into the lake!
Did the “creature” also put the lid back on the container? If so, I would be more inclined to believe that Bigfoot was responsible.
And Helidood, since the above cache is in the area of the one you can’t find, I can tell you that Bigfoot definitely did NOT get Wazeecha Walking Trail! 😉
Hey, Cheezehead! The “WGA” is north of Highway 64 on this one!
OK. Obviously, 2010 is needed somewhere on the coin, front or back.
With the coin in the shape of Wisconsin, will Door County be somehow attached without the sharp point (any chance of breakage)? Right now, it looks like DC could be used to extract logs from nanos.
GC colors or others?
Can we see what previous WGA coins looked like? I’ve only been around for the cow.
Aahh… The cache that continues to amaze and draw seekers like the Holy Grail. But then K Spud continues to amaze also, as seen from his log for #5000. Nothing will stop this cacher from making a dent in the list of Wisconsin caches, although he still has a few left to find. Karl has his share of FTFs, too, and this winter we’ve been running into him at events all over the state (party animal… 😉 ).
So we have nothing left to say except…
Congrats on the 5K, K Spud!Got a fresh supply of brown craphas from the neighbor dog this afternoon… 👿 👿 👿
This cache IS findable. It just usually takes more than one try. If you read all the logs, you’re not alone in your frustration. Sometimes the container is “out of position” to be easy, or should I say “less hard”, to find. Another problem is the high visibility you experience in your search for the cache, both from the shore and the road. Hard to be stealthy and look for such a hard bugger. The CO checks on it a lot in response to DNFs. Sometimes it has traveled and sometimes it needs maintenance.
But I see you’ve found another area cache to drive you nuts, just a bit farther from your house this time. 😉 There’s always another white whale waiting in the wings!
Maybe if you eat the mushrooms, you just think you went to Arkansas to find the cache. 😉
Must have been something in the spring air today to get those Rapids cachers out snagging those #100 finds. Congrats on finding yours at one of Cheeto’s favorite spots, Helidood! You’ve been heating up right along with the weather lately!
Trying to think which event excited blue_cougar54494 more… Canada winning Olympic gold in hockey or getting find #100. Well, we know which one took longer. 😉
But who could resist getting out caching today? We put this cache out for you, BC, as part of our co-birthday celebration in December, and you saved it for find #100. And it’s in a meaningful place for you, so every time you visit your family members there, you can also think of your geo-accomplishment.
But now it’s time to go celebrate with a blue frosted cupcake, eh? Way to go on The First Hundred, Becky!

Not sure where you are but I found enough craphas today…
I agree. There’s enough around these part also.
That’s because you are north of Highway 64, where the craphas chooses to linger. 😉
