We put up Christmas lights yesterday.
OK, the real ones…
Me: I ran over my brother because I’m sexy and I do what I want.
(I don’t have a brother. Can I make it my little sister? Sounds like something I would have done to her back in the day.)
Mr: I jumped on a pickle because Big Bird said to and he’s my leader.
(Oh, that cult leader Big Bird!)
I loved a llama because I can’t control myself.
Nice to see this up again.
Not all of the blue question marks are puzzling puzzles. I don’t do the “HUH?” puzzles, but some are ones where you find information in cemeteries to get the final or in downtown areas to get the final. These aren’t hard, just a little work (and many of these caches can be found in the winter or during hunting season).
Anyway, just upped my number to 3 that I know of. 🙂
I know of two recent ones, but I’m not that organized to keep track of other ones I may have solved a while ago.
And then there are those recent WSQ ones by marc_54140 that you can find examples of but are too far away to get the find on. Need to plan a big cemetery field trip east and northeast to claim those.

So you are saying I should stop wearing my unibomber hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses when I find these “urban hides”?

End of last November, two days before the start of…The Snow… on now-archived GCG9A3 (definietly NOT an urban cache).
Dressed like this for the weather, but we actually put as a caption:
“The Unabomber goes geocaching.”Gas FINALLY hit $1.99 in Adams today. It’s been along time coming.

Question: What’s the best footwear to use in the cold when going out in areas that could be marshy with unknown water depths?
Last winter we had our regular boots on for the deep snow and for warmth, but a couple of times we were near running water and ended up walking through some squishy stuff that would not have been too pleasant to go in too deep on.
We take along aqua shoes in the warmer weather if we are expecting water or muck encounters, but that’s too cold now.
Congratulations on the 1000 finds!

I will probably spend more time on the websites and reading about geocaching
Try working on some of the puzzle caches to get them solved for the “nice weather” finds. The Fox Valley has a–ahem–few.
He finds them, he hides them. Looking forward to more of each, Marc. Congrats on the 6500 finds (so far)!
