According to The Squirrel, bartrod, you have one FTP. I don’t know if it was a cheap one or not. Keep working towards that nice list…
Just trying to abide by the new 3 sentence rule required for a FTP.
It’s more of a guideline than a rule. And no one seems to be paying attention to the long-standing guideline about not padding to get to the FTP. Only two immediate posts prior to the FTP are recommended, hence the rise of announcing post #13. Padded FTPs with more than the two prior posts are considered cheap. There has been a lot of cheapness going around here lately… 🙄 😉
There used to be a lot more partying that went on in the forums, but we were glad to help you celebrate on Saturday… even though there was no blue frosting to go with the ice cream. 😉
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMITA17!
OK, Birdin’. Time to repost your dulcimer version of HB.

Going….
Every day is your birthday here, Mr. GT!
Eight more posts until amita17 can get her birthday FTP. Since we didn’t get the chance to sing to her at the wonderful event she hosted on Saturday, it’s the least we can do.
64 more posts to #4000. And then before you know it, there will be more drivel posts than J&L have finds.
I wonder if prolific posting is related to lengthy logs. I seem to be writing ones that are longer and longer. I’m still not done with Saturday’s logs (a DNF, an attended, and two finds left to write).
I think perhaps FTP needs to be looked upon with as much disdain as TFTC. To get the FTP one must write at least two sentences in the first posting slot on a new page. Do I hear a second?

He did not get courage from the wizard.
Actually, he did not want his picture taken… again.
Since the frickin’ huge picture did not stretch the posts in width, I didn’t mind it. In fact, the larger photo really emphasizes the details, like the texture of the mane. Not that I have ever petted a lion, but I could almost feel it from the photo.
My day is complete!

Happy Birthday, Jim!
Barn quilt block (2′ x 2′) of it is being painted for the campout silent auction. Now that it is warmer, I can pick up the paintbrush again.
