Greyhounders deer is there now. Looks like it either broke it’s leg at some point in time or was shot in it.

After a trip to the zoo with a bunch of 4K kindergartners checked my mailbox and low and behold mine was there !!! Hopefully when I place it it will travel further than the diabetes TB I placed did. That one got no farther than the cache I placed it in. 🙁

Why not take new submissions and include the old logo for a vote ? That way we can see the new choices but can still vote the old one back in if we want.

When I was a kid and went to camp we did something similar but used a compass (pre GPS days). The counselors set pieces of paper in trees with the next place we were to find. We all had a blast and the final location was the lake where they had the boats loaded up to take us fishing.

Let me be the next to congratulate the two of you. I wish you both the best of luck. And I was wondering if it went something like this ?

I did identify the first cache they visited. Right after they find it, they took a shot of his GPSr and the coordinates, N43 08.245 W087 55.865. That puts them at USM Summer Camp Project (GCWT06).

I knew that cache looked familiar !! I even said to my wife “That looks like that one cache we did just laying there with no camo.” At least I threw some pine needles over it.

Are you saying that there are two types of this coin (transparent OR glittering)? And what’s the postage now? Do each of them come with a seperate tracking number? I was just curious because I was thinking about starting a personal coin collection.

I just recieved mine today in the mail, I’m not sure it has the furthest journey to make but I think it probably has the longest name… It wants to go to Kavundampalaiyam, India. 😯 If i knew how to pronounce it I bet it would be a mouthful !!! LOL 😆

I seen the Garmin Foretrex at the Aldi’s on 68th & Capitol Dr. in Milwaukee on Sat ( 10/28 ) for $69.99 if anyone is interested & still looking.

Thanks for the tip. There are 6 more Foretrex units sitting in the manager’s office at this location after I bought mine tonight… this is the first Milwaukee area Aldis that I found had them in stock. Since I spent some time explaining what a GPS receiver is to the manager (no it is not a cell phone or a bracelet to track someone’s movements :)), I’m guessing they aren’t a big seller.

Now that I have a pair, I’m going to leave them alone together and should have a litter of little ones in a couple months. 😯

Not a problem glad I could help 🙂
