Wow, if we ever need a publicist, we are hiring Pat.  We both are blushing from the nice comments.  At our party, my brother asked me who the people were at one of the tables, and I said it was our geocaching family, and that is what you all feel like to us.  Thank you for the kind thoughts.

Sounds like it was June’s day for visitors. We also stopped by Monday afternoon and found her battered but her old sassy self. If they can get her leg fixed soon she should be on the way to recovery. At least she hopes to get mobile enough so she can go home. Considering the trip down the cliff she took she is in fixable shape. As we were leaving another caching friend was on the way in. Love the way we support each other. Truly a lot more to this game than finding tupperware in the woods.

So can we go and visit her at the rehab center and what is a good time of day to do this.

Good to hear of the impending move. Always better to be closer to home.

Please give June a hug and let her know we are thinking of her. Hugs to you too Dave. We know you will take good care of her and we hope she continues to improve. It will be good to get her closer to home.

We checked out the location and we can’t get far enough away from our cache that is across the road. We don’t want to move that cache as it is found often and is in another historic spot. We tried to talk to the curator but no one came to work today at the location. We waited 20 min. to see if someone would show but no luck.

thanks for the name. As soon as John is feeling better we will head over there and check it out. Waiting for blood work but think he has Lymes.

We also have good luck with the product Ivarest. John is very allergic to poison ivy and this stuff works.

Do you have the name of the director?

Team Sloughfoot will get right on that. We have one across the street at the wayside so will have to work at getting it far enough away. We also have one at The Indian Agency house just down the canal.

Yup, same reasons and same frustrations. Most of ours are PMs. Like you we have left some P&Gs alone. Cache owners put too much time into this game to not receive the respect their caches deserve.

Team Sloughfoot will be happy to help out with the pancake breakfast. The two of us will be there to help set up and cleanup, just give us a time. We are not camping but plan to attend both days.

    Interesting thing statistics.
Our top ten with FAV points have a total of 274 points.
7 are traditionals, 2 are multis and 1 is a virtual.

Our top three point getters are caches that we adopted from The Lil Otter. They were good then and are still good. I wonder how many points those three would have if FAV points would have been around since 2002 when some of them were placed.

Mrs Sandlanders brings up a good point about the percentages. I didn’t know that you could use the pull down on the cache page to show the percentage.

The cache of ours with the best percentage is GC4RW9R “Upper Dells SNA” which is at 100% right now with 3 finds and 3 FAV points. All three of the finders have contributed to this forum. Thanks folks it is sure to accumulate more FAV points as the weather warms up this spring.

Agree with Sandlanders on the three caches mentioned. We haven’t done the whole mural walk but have enjoyed the murals in Ashland. Will have to do the whole series the next time we are up there. It also reminded us that we just loved Wayside Cavernous Cache and went back and gave it a favorite point as we had done it way back in 2007. I don’t know why I like it as I got a tick bite and it was probably the source of my Lymes that developed after that trip. Crawling on my belly through the rocks was probably not the best idea. When will I learn to act my age. Mrs. S.

We have received 43 ( all of the active ones) of Bugsmasher69 caches into our account. I will be sending out some adoption requests to Sandlanders and Kungfuhippie for the caches that they requessted.
