Hey! I just posted about the same thing. We’re looking for some people around our age, probably for casual weekday evenings around local parks.
about 1 year to late for this topic.
way to go J&L/ next stop 2,500..
just did this wherigo for my second time today and i enjoyed it as much for the 1st time as much as the 2nd.
and yes the grumpy troll is a must eat when in the area.don’t forget this one http://www.royalpeacock.com/
you can find black opal here.
i do plan and have been planing on going to the Arkansas one to find me a diamondI was in the same boat on one of my caches.
there log said (we saw it but gee.. dont carry a ladder with me,so we are claiming as a find.
I said nope”I sent them a PM and then deleted there log”explaining that according to GC rules log book must be signed to claim find.
they came back the next day with proper equipment and made it to the cache and SL. they then said thank you for the fun and making us accomplish it properly.
I saw a 5/5 cache in Peoria that was 150 up in the air on a bridge but I didn’t claim it as a find, and if i did i am sure my log would have been deleted and I would have excepted that because that’s not what the CO would have intended the caching experience to be.i am up to 5 so far!!
there kinda like a bonus nano cache when you find them. 😉good location choice!!!
hopefully Roche-A-Tree will be replaced by then and i could have this park full of smileys.only when finding urban caches.
it helps me blend in with everyone.those number sure do come around quick.
