nice one steve, wish I didnt have work today so I could have joined ya!
During this years Chili and Bonfire event I had a short little conversation with Aunti Nae about name tags and she said cachers want name tags and will sign up just to get them and the WGA will get emailed about how to acquire them also.
So this put a thought in my head…..
There are those name tags that are trackable and you can right your name in them (you see them all the time at events)
So I thought maybe a WGA name tag trackable.
you can use the preexisting WGA name tag template but just make a spot on it so we can write our caching name on it.
This way people will come up to you and want to discover your name tag and then that will lead into a conversation.
Zuma you can even do a Z challenge called -Meet your fellow WGA’ers- you must discover 10 WGA cachers to claim this cache.I was on a bike trail with my mom heading out from London to Lake Mills and just off the path by a stream there was a naked man sunbathing in a lawn chair,we kindly waved and he put his cowboy hat over his “unit”. needless to say that was the talk of the cache trip.
BBG you should of asked her to email them to you [:)]Everyone else seemed to enjoy it,dont let one cacher ruin your day..lifes to short.
I never know what the date is…never,so dates dont worry me.
On some of my caches (hard ones) I do like to verify signatures…sometimes!!!Ok this was a fun one to watch,It would have been funny to have your alerts on this one.

Congrats August I know this ones been bugging you since its music related and your a music enthusiast.
Thanks for making my cache part of one of your milestones 😀Atta Boy Dave, your commemorative puzzle is in the making 🙂
so the story goes I was walking at the dog park with my dog and I stumbled upon a ammo can which then introduced me to geocaching,I thought it was a active cache called Garmer, well it so happend to not be that cache and a archived cache due to it going MIA. I gave the owner after tracking them down a email stating I have found it and they said keep it.so I did.
So no my first found cache is not active and wasnt at the time I found it but I do have the ammo box which is on the side of my moms house as a cache.
Happy ending do happenWow I retract my last post,I had no clue how bad this has gotten over there. For me I would hate this game to have to come to filtering out certain cachers hides.as I am someone that picks a certain cache and then usually goes one to another making my way to another chosen cache.
I have been archiving some of my easy caches and putting out harder ones, but they are meant to be found and if you give it enough time you will.
I prefer favorite points and great logs then a DNF or a TFTH with a needs maintenance log attached to it.I would feel like doing the opposite of not hiding caches,in fact I would place more, especially by his/her house, then there closest page would be all my caches 😀
Does this also mean petrified tree caches… 😕
As a hider in the arboretum, dogs are allowed during certain times of the year, and winter and spring is dog friendly:) BTW no ones there to really inforce it anyways. 🙂 enjoy its a great spot.
we just need to keep hauling him around with us.
