Yeah, the weather was bad but it was fun. Went out again this weekend, but couldn’t find the first WP to Diamond in the Rough. We’re planning to head back there next weekend.

Oh yeah, the wind was pretty creepy in Brown Deer Park, in the woodsy areas.. Not to mention getting splotched with those huge raindrops dripping off trees. Had to dry out my shirt (which was under a jacket!).. It was raining pretty hard at times.
I hate this weather.. I’m meeting with Trudy & the beast in about 30 mins, and I don’t know if we’re actually going to go out to cache, for which will be my first time.. I hope we still go, regardless if my mom does too or not 😛
Ah, I had just wondered how exactly you were going to show us… But, however it happens, I can’t wait.
Oh yeah, just a note.. Yesterday I bought my SporTrak Map! Pestered my mom enough to get it early before Sunday.. I’ve got the local caches (within about 10 miles, most easy ones, like 1/1 or around that) so you guys won’t have to completely lead us around.
No interrogations, I promise. 😛
Just a note. There’s another general geocaching chat set up at http://www.clayjar.com and its main discussion time is on Monday night also.. If we’ve got some people that join the chat, like me (though I missed the meeting this week, I didn’t know about caching till tuesday), they might not join both.
Naturally, my mom’s got questions to ask on Sunday.. She really doesn’t want to go out in the rain, so I hope we don’t ruin your plans by not going out.. I’d feel bad if we went out without her, but she wouldn’t let me go out caching with people I don’t know. Anyway, we’ll likely only be able to talk about it if it’s raining. She may tolerate drizzle, but not pouring.. Depends on how the conditions are, likely the decision will have to be made at Sammy’s.
hehe.. I can’t waiiiit.. hurry up Sunday! And no rain.. My mom’s the kind that hates to be in the rain, I’ll have to change her. 😛
4102 Bradley is the right address for Sammy’s, we checked in the phonebook. Anyway, I can’t wait. All week I’ve been hoping to get involved with this, so I’m really excited now.
Alright.. Should I contact you by e-mail or on this board? I’m thinking at around 2 pm on Sunday..

Johnson’s: Thanks, but I’ve done some research on geocaching (mostly from fellow cachers :P)so I already tried those reasons..
Priebe’s: Thanks for the info, I’ll try contacting them to see if I can hop in on a meeting sometime.
