After everyone else takes what they want, we will take the rest, always looking for containers.

“Tour” in my definition would be having a “Tour Guide” following a specific route making predefined stops and pretty much be shown where the cache is, albeit, a puzzle tour, traditional tour etc. Tour Guides show you stuff, and your just following along for the smiley, no leg work for the tour setting up where and when, just there to log anything that is put in front of you.
Kinda like taking a bus tour to Yellowstone, they make all the stops at the sights, you get out do your thing and back on the bus.

its a non trackable geocoin, the hides and finds series were all non trackable coins, there was one that looked like a newspaper box that we have that is not trackable. Guess you have a new coin in your collection.
any chance you can post a pic?
Sent a PM for the 4 caches in the Mountain Area, Would not want to see any of these disappear

Congrats Bartrod! There are only 41 Revolutionary War Graves in this great state and of those 8 have not been located. Hmmmm sounds like the start of a challance series to me.
Not to get off subject, but there is a confederate soldier burried in one of our WSQ Cemeteries
Congrats Rod, I wouldn’t have the patience for a 10 part multi
In my original post about the stickers, they were not meant to be a money maker. Maybe someone should contact MiGO and see how they do it as they give away <<<
these, not sell them, and you do not get just one, they give you 5 of them with each order. I would have done more leg work on this if I made it to the BOD, but now I have committed my extra time to other ventures (Fire Dept and Ambulance Service) and just do not have the time now. Just want to state that my original intention of the stickers was not to sell them, was to print them and give them away. So what if its at a loss to WGA so are the mini pencils for caches, Its all publicity.
I was trying to get something uniform to stick on caches for law inforcement and the like to be able to recognize a geocache easily.
Do you really think anyone is going to buy a sticker at a price of a buck or two and put it on a film can that is worth a half a cent with a piece of paper inside that is even worth less???
Sorry to vent here but its my .02

Just a thought for anyone who might be getting stuck on the whole backwards state thing. Perhaps looking at it from a different direction could help…

No…this is not a real submission suggestion. Only an example of orientation. (Although I could say…”I call it Caching in Winter!”)Now the back looks like New Jersey LOL
I would guess they were using a Magellan and really thought they were in Arkansas that’s about the accuracy of those things.
Val and I say Congrats to you Becky.
The next 100 will be easier, but just not as close to home.
Here is a link to the BFRO (Bigfoot Field Research Org) See if there are any sightings near where you found the cache
Here are some other states “stores”
Michigan http://www.migostore.org/
GONIL http://www.cafepress.com/gonil
Minn http://www.cafepress.com/MNGCA
geochums http://sewbananas.com/
maryland http://www.cafepress.com/mdgps
Northern Virginia http://www.cafepress.com/novago
iowa http://www.iowageocachers.org/merchandise
these are the ones that I could find quickly, as you can see cafepress is the choice, but I think that is more for ease of setup. MiGO runs their own store, but that entails someone holding inventory. last year, I know that Todd of sunshine gang was the one running the store over there, maybe someone from the BOD should contact him or Migo in general and see how they do it.

Its a great effort to have a WGA event “north of 64” but I agree with cheezehead the weekend of the 4th would be the worst possible time. And really how many of the BOD are going to travel to the great northwoods to pick up a bit of trash, remember we don’t have the 4 lane super highways up here, its bumper to bumper on two lane roads. and to find a campground or hotel to stay at would be an entirely different matter.
Definitely think a bit more planning has to go into this date

Dear Bob Spoerl:
…Our membership is very concerned that geocaches are not allowed in Wisconsin’s rest areas and note that geocaches are either allowed or encouraged in all other states except for Wisconsin. Is that true? Every state but Wisconsin allows this? Reading that statement really made me cringe as most “every” and “all” statements turn out to be false.
i watered it down a bit, because ND may also not allow caches, but I havent yet nailed that down. But, yeah, every state I have been in allows geocaches. There is nothing on line about ND not allowing rest area caches, but it is a report. Still, that leaves only 2 backwards states.

Just because you four them in every state, does not mean that the state allows them. They just dont know that they are there
