Is there any way to change someone’s title to WGA Enemy?
If you liked your 60, I would recommend you replace it with a 60Cx. This unit has much better tracking under cover. You will find that you can get 12′ accuracy inside most buildings, and will never lose signal from mere trees. Plus, it will work very similar to your 60, so your learning curve will be reduced. And it still will not float. If you want a floating GPS, go with the 76 series.

I will email her to see if she has a manual. I think I met her at your Geocaching Basics course in October of 05.
Maybe 10 people who occasionally need change for the soda machine?
Wow, thats a lot of multis! Congrats! (and I’m surprised anyone was watching also)

I notice the same thing, Zuma. There are probably 2000 regular (once a month) geocachers in Wisconsin. Only 45 voted in the poll. That leaves 1950 who may never log their DNFs.
On the other hand, it’s pretty easy to see who logs DNFs by looking at the recent logs. Looking at the last 200 DNF logs, I found 145 different people posting DNF (basically since last Friday). For fun, here is the list, which looks kind of like a who’s who of the WGA. I’m sure there are more DNF posters who just weren’t out last weekend.

zuma!Alaska = 4, Hawaii = 3. Lots of geocachers in Alaska, but the cache are much farther apart than we are used to here. Not that many cachers in Hawaii.
You can check your self by clicking on the Grand High Pobah link on the left side of the page.
Almost forgot another great place!
Eastern European – While not cheap, Ilija’s Place (42 57.500, 87 51.450) is definitely worth a stop. When you walk through the door, you will be find yourself in a neighborhood restaurant like you would find in Sarajevo or Zagreb. The Venison Goulash is not to be missed if they haven’t run out by the time get there. Julie especially likes the Veal Shank. If you go at lunch, you can get by for under $10. One warning: like much of Eastern Europe, a large percentage of the clientele here are smokers. They do have a non-smoking section, but some of the smoke does drift in.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the event went great (Other than me setting the world record for a cache getting muggled in less than 3 hours). Blue Squirtles, Stumbleweeder, and Jeremy all were there providing there expert guidance to the kids, parents, and instructors. Thanks for your help, guys!
OK, here are some ideas for food in Milwaukee County.
Italian – Our top recommendation is DiCarlo’s Trattoria in Oak Creek (42 53.450 87 54.733). They have the best pizza in town and outstanding pasta dishes. You will definitely want to go again if you try it.
Mexican – I would recommend Botanas (43 01.366 87 55.000) for Mexican American and Riviera Maya (43 00.233 87 54.233) for more authentic Mexican. At Botanas, try the Costillas de Chile Pasilla. At Riviera Maya, try the Tortas or the Moles.
Burgers – We like Beer Belly’s (42 57.566 87 55.033).
Vietnamese – You probably would like Vientiane Noodle Shop (43 01.300 87 57.416). They serve a variety of cuisines from SE Asia (Vietnamese, Laotian, Thai, Cambodian).
Fish Fry – If you are in town on Friday, you can try the fish fry at Kegel’s Inn ( 43 01.005 87 59.166). Go EARLY as it gets ridiculously crowded after 5.
Greek – You can’t beat Oakland Gyros (Right next door to Beer Belly’s) for gyros, souvlaki, and greek chicken.
Can’t help you with Fitzgerald’s. I can’t believe it was the restaurant in the Ramada.
If the issue is the “friend” title, maybe we can come up with something different. How abot “WGA Auxiliary Member”? “WGA Non-Resident Member?” We could also have “WGA Youth Member.” Alternatively, we could let people set up their own titles on the website. (Lagrac would probably choose “WGA Gopher Hunter”.)
Can I have LB7’s beer?
The whole point of logging (any log) is to record your experiences. If you don’t log your no-finds, you are leaving out that part of the experience.
I will map it out on a chessboard for you….
