I just wanted to say it was a great event! I also liked being able to pre-load my gps’s(i did have 2 thank god, did anyone have any big accuracy problems on the south end of the park?)
Thanks for all the hard work that went into setting this event up, and look forward to attending more.

I tend not to use soap, as you never get rid of it all. CamelBack recommends rinsing the bag out, then adding a bleach solution to sanitize it.I use a capfull of household bleach to a 72oz. bag of water. drain bag and hoses and let air dry. They do make a drying tool that goes inside the bag, along with a hanger to hang it up. I bought one years ago…think it was 10.00.
Also have the brush kit as posted before to get many many years out of your system. I recieved mine in Desert Storm, and have replaced the bag every few years( just cause it gets discolored….but is still perfectly servicable)As posted B4, just water…nothing else…

Well i agree with the guy…i just love going out my door in the morning, and stepping on a headless gift from one of the free roaming cats out here where i live. 9 times out of 10 it’s a songbird from my bird feeder. Cats and humans are 2 species that hunt for pleasure…i hunt… but for food.
The west side of Port Washington is overrun with feral cats. Would you like your child to be scratched by one of these lovely critters? I didnt think so…
The fact that some cat may be killed because it doesnt have tags on is a shame, maybe the owner will get a rude wakeup and care for his pet like a responsible owner should….
My position….shoot them, and yes… the dogs that run free and pack hunt should be fair game too…have seen way tooooo many coy’dogs outhere.

Well if it makes it up EnergySavers and my way, i’ll make sure it visits the Port Washington/Saukville school district(my “other” job is at 1 of the schools)Think the kids(other than mine ) will get a kick out of it…now i’ll go hunt your TB…MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Added to the original idea…Lions Den… There’s a place for a CITO event! Can’t remember how many bags the kids and i pulled out of there. Have the temp caches be film containers with garbage bags in them(saw this in a IOWA geocache/CITO event)
EnergySaver, did you see the observation tower they are building? OMG!!!
