Thanks everyone that responded. I dowloaded the C:Geo program and am going to try it as soon as it warms up. I sure I’ll end up downloading the other two apps mentioned to try them to but hey why not start with the free one first. Thanks again everyone.
The cord works on my desktop. When I first got my desktop I had the same problem and had to get differn’t usp ports installed then it worked just fine. When I click send to gps (using the laptop) It keeps giving me the prompt to download.
Where does it say in the rules that someone has to write a book for every cache they find?
If all you want to put after finding the cache is a TFTC thats fine don’t let CO’s bully you into writing more if you don’t want to.
If you don’t sign the log you don’t get the find.
I’ve decided to make the final a general cache not just to pacify the whinner in question but because as people have said it should be all or none. Thank you to those who gave me advice.
Sounds interesting. I think the photo scavenger hunt idea was a good one. If its on my weekend off, I’d attend.
There are plenty of premium members who are irresponsible also. I know of one member who destroyed a cache in my area that was very creative and I’m sure took some time to come up with.
With gas prices going up I’m starting to look for locations with lots of caches concentrated in a small area.
Everyone has a type of cache they don’t like to do. I hate puzzle caches, so guess what I don’t do them. Virtuals are awesome and I can’t wait for them to return.
My plan was to hide them leave them there for a year or two. Archive them. Then hide a differn’t series. As popular as this sport is it is possible to run out of spaces in an area. By archiving after a certain period, it would allow for more hide/finds in an area. the plan is to hide completly differn’t caches on the same trail
Nice to see that there are still some honest people out there
I’ll be in Vegas in one month I’ll have to add that one to the list of must finds
Take the train!!!
That is to wierd that you would post that today. I just got a travel bug of my own and its goal is to go to the Shetland Islands
