As I type this post, there’s a wintery mix of sleet coming down. I think I’ll stay home the rest of the day.

Fortunately no craphas here in Green Bay yet. They’re predicting flakes with a low of 33.

It’s a cold one this weekend. Even so, I was still able to get out to play Pokemon Go for a little bit and capture a few Munzees. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the souvenir for today since I have found all the Earth Caches within striking dinstance of home.
That at FTP on page 1,097!

All I’ll say is that the Cardinals are laying into the Braves tonight like the Packers did to the Falcons a few years ago in the playoffs.

I got my flu shot this morning at my doctor’s office, which is three blocks from home, that’s rather convenient for me. The Mayor of Green Bay turned 40 today. Word got out that there would be snacks and refreshments at city hall, which I figure would be a great way to help with the aftermath of said flu shot. Who the heck can turn down a load of free cookies.

Yes BigJim, that’s how we’re doing it now. I was tired and just getting ahead of myself last night.

It’s another rainy night in Green Bay, and it’s already the wettest year on record here.

Is everyone still sleeping on this fine October morning? I’ll claim the FTP for the month of October.

The fired the guy before the final game? Wow. At least wait until after the game to make the announcement.

To think, the Brewers had the chance to take the division this weekend and they screwed that up. I bet those fans regret cheering when the Cardinals won those two games.

It looks like the NL Central Division comes down to today. If the Cardinals win or the Brewers lose, the Cardinals win the division. If the Brewers win and the Cardinals lose, that forces a tie breaker game between the two to determine the division champ. We’ll see what’s in the cards today.
This is the one time when I’m rooting for the Cards. Normally I would support the Brewers in this position, but the Milwaukee fans really pissed me off when they were cheering at the final scores when the Cubs lost in their last series against the Cards. They should have been rooting for the Cubs. If the Cubs had one those close games last week, the Brewers would be in first place now and not depending on today’s outcome.
That’s something I wasn’t aware of. Any reasonable Brewers fan should have been rooting for the Cubs considering the playoff implecations that late in the season.
