The stacking rule has been in place for how long now, and the reviewer still published the campfire event? I remember at the Green Bay GIFF event, one of the co hosts couldn’t get a lunch even published because of the event stacking rule. No, I’m not the one who went to the reviewer, but rules are rules.

I have a couple of events I’m going to tomorrow, but the remaining caches in town are way on the other side of town. No way I’d want to grab them in that weather, so no caching for me. I have an appointment I need to leave for in five minutes, I’ll catch you all later.

I’m honestly not surprised that nobody posted after me yesterday, and I don’t expect that anyone will post after me since I’m taking FTP for today, April 26. I urge someone to surprise me, no matter how useless the drivel is

I might as well grab the FTP on page 1,044 while I’m at it.

My wife and I went to Memphis this weekend and St. Louis for our anniversary. We both enjoyed the Civil Rights Museum in Memphis and would highly recommend going if you are ever swinging by. Plus had to like the cache hidden in plain site around the corner from the museum.
Did you do any caching while you were in Saint Louis? I would definitely recommend Forest Park if you ever get back.

I found that new cache I was talking about, but it took awhile to get to it. I’m just curious if I did the right thing considering the coords were off by 235 feet. What I did is I logged the find seeing as how I found it and signed the log, but then I posted an NM log and provided the coords I came up with. I have other concerns with the location, but I can always discuss that if anyone asks.

A new cache published yesterday, and I was heading right for that neighborhood today anyway. I might have to go and make the find on it, but there’s a report that the coords are 250 feets off though.

Almost May if you can believe it! Heading up to the Northwoods Thursday morning to get the boat motor and find a few caches. Hopefully no frozen puddles then
Where in the great Northwoods? I could potentially recommend a cache or three if it’s in the right general vicinity.

I have a 20+ year tradition of walking the trails of Baird Creek Parkway in Green Bay and taking pictures along the way. I was able to take advantage of the good weather earlier this afternoon to do just that as well as find a newer cache while there.

I had this strange Geocaching related dream the other night. In this dream, I was the host of an event in a small neighborhood park, and it ended up going Mega on me. There were all the booths that one might expect, but there was even a model train display across the street.

FTP for Thursday the 18th of April!
Maundy Thursday . . .
I had never heard it that until I moved into my current home coords. It could have something to do with the Lutheran Church a couple blocks away always having that on their sign, and I grew up attending a local Catholic Church.

Our calendar might tell us it’s spring, but our maps tell us we’re in Wisconsin.

A neighbor down the block had a tree service over the last couple of days to take down an old maple. Over the course of yesterday and today, a few of us who were around got together watch the tree being taken down. Yes, this is 2019 in Green Bay.

18 years ago, I started Where’s George, this would eventually lead to me becoming a Geocacher as well.
