There’s a primary election happening in Wisconsin today, so I’ll be going out to vote today.
A poll worker gave my rambunctious 9 year old son a sample ballot to fill out while I filled out my paper ballot after he attacked the scanner for the 3rd time. He voted across all party lines and mostly write ins.
Another 9 years and he’ll be a voter, he’ll learn soon enough what to do with that ballot. The poll workers where I vote explained that we needed to stay within party lines, I knew that already and who I was voting for in that party.

If it doesn’t rain tonight, I’ll be attending a concert at Way-Morr park in southeast Brown County. I remember there was once a cache there.

Mystery of the night, I came back home with an extra pair of socks from Saint Louis. These are socks that have a message on the bottom, and the price tag says they were purchased at a Hobby Lobby for $4.99. I remember being handed these socks, but don’t remember why. They’re too small for me, but I know someone else who might like them.

Hey Rod, my Hodag is now back in Green Bay. I also remembered to wear clothes every day I was in Saint Louis. After a late train last night, I made it back to Milwaukee at 9:30, a half hour after my bus to Green Bay had already left. With a little talking to Amtrak, I was able to get home on a bus this morning at quarter to noon. Now I gotta enter in all these trade bills. Yes, we trade marked bills at Where’s George gatherings.

Is it really that slow without me around? I’ve been busy having so much fun in Saint Louis that I forgot to come into the forums to post drivel. How is it that FTP for two consecutive days was covered with two consecutive posts? Seriously folks? I got out to find some caches the other day too, I even got a new virtual in Forest Park here in Saint Louis.

I’m still preparing for my Saint Louis trip, and I leave tomorrow. I did a load of laundry this morning and now I’m putting my trade bills into Where’s George and stamping them. I figure I can also do this on the way down to Saint Louis or once I get there. I also need to pack my bag so I have something to wear while down there.
Whew! Thank goodness you’re packing something to wear…would be embarrassing if you didn’t. But if I hear anything on the national news about someone running around naked in St. Louis, I’ll know you forgot. 🙂
I’m also bringing my little Hodag with me, I’m sure that’s one thing you would like me to leave there.

I have a travel bug that I picked up at my Rhinelander event, and it turns out I’ve had it earlier this year from an event in Green Bay. Guess where I’m taking it. If you guessed Saint Louis, you’re right!
