Whoever khbaker14 is, he’s really been going nuts on cache placements in Marinette County lately.
And they aren’t just cheap recycled plastic containers either. What I’ve found are almost all brand new bison tubes. I wonder if the Chamber would be interested in getting a GeoTour going based around the hides he has, they have a bunch of good history with them besides highlighting noteworthy local spots.
But he has only 7 cache finds…some of his coordinates are a good 30+ feet off. I see he had a bunch more published today…may need to take a little trip again soon. I need another half dozen for the next souvenir .
I thought the standard was if someone found 100 caches, they are qualified to place caches of their own. Guess that is not the case anymore.
I only had about 50 finds before I placed my first hide. I’ve also heard others say that 20 finds was ideal.

Sure, the two new caches in Rhinelander publish after I get home from Hodag, and they’re right on the way into the festival grounds. I sure could have used a couple of FTF’s about a hundred miles from home.

The phone is slow going for me on typing because I’m used to typing at close to 70 WPM on the computer. I didn’t know there was a test version of the WGA website. I think that dates back a couple months or so.
