😀 😀 A Big Applause for AuntieNae!! This is what I was trying to say on my thread. Why not have a thread or place for all Wisconsin cachers to go and find out who to contact and what are the guidelines that they have. It can be done and I had read posts of great leadership skills and organization skills. So lets get it together.

    Thanks Thraxman

Your translation was correct. I am a painter by trade, not a typist. Sorry for the confusion.

The Magellan series Meridian is GREAT!! I started with a magellan explorist 100. NO GO!! After recieving I found it had no download and bought the GOLD Meridian. I sold my water RC units to pay for it! It was worth it. Now with the COLOR it doesn’t seem to do better than the GOLD. The color screen is nice. They both work great and I will look at the next Generation!

What is a leader? The one who may have the best answers? The one that gives the answers you want to hear?

A LEADER is BUILDT from those below him! He will give them the answers they want to hear and then BUILD on from them!!

Then The LEADER can LEAD as he KNOWS what his followers NEED and can respond on their need and not his!

Then the LEADER can make changes to fit his followers NEEDS. Then it is a WIN WIN all around.

He or She has a GREAT following and will prosper and grow.

The WGA is the STATE and as should be.

The WGA should have concerns about all the state and yes I have cached many parts of the state. The finds do not very that much. If you can place a amo can it’s done in most places.

I will see all the state not only my area. We all are UNITED !! RIGHT!!

in reply to: A lot of Bomb Scarys as of late! #1769791

No problem on this cache if marked right!

Yeah, and I’m thinking of closing down GCN115 as a result. It’s a plastic flashlight wrapped in black duct-tape, just off a city sidewalk (placed on business-owner’s property with permission). It’s clearly not a pipe-bomb, you can easily see inside it, and has geocaching.com marked on the side. But it just seems with the paranoia these days, as in Boston, it’s just a matter of time before someone sees it and calls it in. Thoughts anyone?

Just place a Geocaching.Com sticker on the back side and it will be known what it is! With the cache marked it also may help with MUGGLES! There are 3 sizes, Amo can LARGE , Tupperware etc Medium and small that are made to wrap around a 35mm canister.

So don’t kill the cache, just mark it!!

I have only Large and Medium in stock right now. Let me know if you need help on ordering them. I mark all my caches over 35mm with a lable , stencile or permanant marker.

in reply to: FINAL rebuttal for candidates #1769797

Yes there is no doubt about the fact of how many of the candidates care and will work hard for the WGA. So there is only a WIN WIN on who does win or not. I Thank all that voted for me or any other Candidate as votes are needed and appreciated either way.

I do believe that much work is needed for all to work with their local Park & Rec. Departments. on placing caches, holding CITO events to help keep the parks clean etc. The more Information that can be given to new cachers would help.

I’m sure many new ideas will also be added when all is said and done! Let us all give a big hand to the winners and back them the best we can.
    Thank You for your time!

I just can’t stop my self from responding!! #1 Why do we need to whine on old threads??? #2 We live in the GREATEST COUNTRY in the WORLD and have the RIGHT!! #3 Why do we pace temp caches ? Answer to #3 is so you don’t get board as we did ? Event had no NEW finds and traveled for loss of $$ for nothing!! Events need to offer more than a couple min of catching up!!! I can do that on the phone!! The temp caches need coords to find as a real LIVE cache. All were at the last event!! CC,VC etc. Those who don’t believe we have left over hand outs!! I put many hours in checking coords inthe cold!! TEMP!!!!! CACHES DO COUNT!! I SHOULD START A NEW THREAD ,I HOLD A EVENT WITH NO WORK!!!!!!!!
A EVENT with no work!!!! LOOK AT EVENTS AND SEEE!!!! I post and event is there with food??? I asked a restraunt and I have a event!!!

in reply to: Questions for Candidates – Park Benches #1768565

The CITO is done on parks if we care. The NO showing of the WGA being there and giving THANKS! We want to show our thanks for letting us use the park!!! We ALL should DO CITO during the event if we believe in it!! A bench or rock with plaque would show our support on that park. Some of the $ need to go to the park! If you read and can read the papers show MOST if not ALL our PARKS are in need of $. Why should we place a cache in a PARK we don’t support?

in reply to: Questions for Candidates – Park Benches #1768564

Hello again, Should we put park benches with WGA in a park we held a event? That was the Question? The Tapps

I have to say!! Until I was Nominated this was not my thing to do. I live alone with lots of time on my hands at times. I give my time too Tapps JR. on Saturdays but if there is a event etc then he gets his choice. He doese choose event most of the time. I’m being honest as all should be. I would give my all for the WGA the best I could.

in reply to: Questions for Candidates – Attendance at Events #1768456

The answer is a BOD member should try if not make it to the Only 2 events. I have been at both events since I started Geocaching and enjoyed all of them. I have been to many other events in Wisconsin and others out of state. We have held events and know all the work that goes into them. No one is pushed or shoved to attend a event and it should be so! BOD member or not! I have enjoyed the events and will continue to do so. It’s just great to meet other Geocahers we don’t know yet.

WOW another post and no replie? We have caches in Waukesha that you might like. The area code is 53188 if you want to pull a quarry. Sorry about the no response here. It might be the BOD elections for the WGA going on. The Tapps

Coins? You can add The Tapps on as this would be great! No list made, sorry. Something else to work on.
