sun light will make any glow paint become non glow paint very quickly. If you want something that can stand up to sun light and not fade or peel, you need to get it embedded in something. Flourescent clay will stand up to sunlight for about 5 years before needed to be replaced. you can also get sheets of the reflective tape they use to make the letters on stopsigns and such, that will last about 10 years or longer since it is a layer inside the product.

I think I like the souvenir icons they are issuing for the event, but I like custom cache icons better.

I would be happy to come over and get them off for you on my laptop it still runs windows xp. I’m not terribly far away from you guys, or we could meet somewhere. Just let me know. also the specs page i saw for the camera says it is compatible with vista with a firmware upgrade, i could do that for you if you like also.

I hit 1100 on the CITO, or atleast that is what gsak told me when i finished logging my finds. I just log them in the order of what they come off of mapsource.

Wyalusing state park is my favorite, but it does not match your criteria as it only has 2 caches in the park and very few in the general area.

Wildcat might meet your criteria, if you include the very close Kickapoo Valley Reserve, those two together will give you a nice mix of hiking and caches, and you can do KVR-Hilo while you are there. Both are horse friendly if you have equine friends.

I like the idea of challenge caches, I just wish they had there own icon, or index or something official on GC.com so I could look at them all easily.
