A ford something. It was a loaner until I bought an 86 buick century in 1992.
I’ll never drive a ford again. I would rather push a chevy than drive a ford.
Current car is a 98 buick century. I will drive GM cars only.
Bartrod, what macro did you use to export the cache database to your nuvi on that day we went caching together? I tried Pilotsnipe’s macro and it looked nothing like the one I saw on yours.
All I saw was GC numbers on the list. I have no idea what cache is on the list.
For now, I’ve been using the plain Garmin export on GSAK and it seems to be working ok, but still does not give me the same list that I saw on your nuvi.
Thanks.
BJ Raji signed and in camp. It remains to be seen what kind of factor can he be for the Green & Gold. He’s got so much catching up to do and is not in football shape while his teammates are.
First preseason game is tonight. Things to watch:
1) The Packers also have the Browns in the regular season so expect a very basic vanilla game plan with nothing fancy as not to give away any strategies for the regular season.
2) Punting battle between Brooks and Kapinos may not end up with either of them if neither can impress tonight. A few free agent punters were brought in for a look and if Green Bay’s current punters can’t perform tonight, both will be gone.
3)Who will be Green Bay #2 QB? After a full season under their belts, who will step up to show he can be Rodgers’ back-up?
4)We will get a basic look at the 3-4 scheme and get an idea of what’s to come.
All in all, I’m excited to finally see the 2009 season get off the ground. Looking forward to Bear season in 4 weeks.
I use the AVG Suite, but have not even tried the site. I never use that site anyways.
Sorry for the double post, but Elias on Groundspeak reported that Road Runner blocked all e-mail from geocaching.com. He says it’s now been unblocked as of this afternoon, but I’m not about ready to put my account back to my road runner account just yet. I’ll just send one notification from a dense cache area to an alternate e-mail address. For the hell of it, I’ll do a traditional cache notification for West Bend.
Then send it to Road Runner and see if that works.
I’ll keep y’all informed.
Far as I know, that workaround is the only thing I can think off. I never really paid attention to GPX dates and maybe I should. But so far, I have never run into a cache that turned out to be archived. Knock on wood. I’ll be sure to check closer next time.
Looks like the canoe stayed afloat.
No problem. Good thing the Thunderbird e-mail client can do G-mail so I don’t have to worry about using the web based g-mail. I got it set so that when Thunderbird downloads the G-mails, it is automatically deleted from the g-mail account itself.
Just follow G-mail’s instructions on setting up POP mail on an e-mail client such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc.
I can then just save my PQ fiiles the same way I do so on my road runner account.
I’ll set up one notification of a dense cache area to be sent to an alternate e-mail account, which is my road runner account so I can watch for notifications. If nothing’s coming in and I still see the logs on the recent logs section of the WGA site, then I know it’s not working.
On GSAK, go to search >> filter..then on the general tab, uncheck the archived box.
Let me know if that’s what you mean.
I got two FTF’s today! W00T!
I’m not going to West Bend.
I can’t believe football’s starting soon.
‘Shore ’nuff, the gmail account works. Right after I set up notifications to my gmail account, it appeared right away. I wonder if Road Runner blocked the notifications.
Well, I set up a gmail account and have one notification sent to it to see what happens. I have Door County in my radius and it’s an active area, so we’ll see what happens.
