Now those are two that would be fun. We’ll have to keep in touch Rod, there are a few things up that way we want to do eventually anyway….like the Tricachelon in the Reforestation Camp and stuff in Barkhausen, for example.
Plus finding a couple solved puzzles.Congratulations! So when are you heading to Washington to gather up the Project APE cache? 1000?
That’s great news…..it gives others hope for long gone TBs. We’ve had a couple re-appear, but not after so long a time period.
Thanks, you know…..we’re hoping we can still do a run up the North Shore and Silver Island Treasure is one we hope we can do. There are about three in Duluth I hope to do, too, but will be happy if we get to one of them on this hoped for trip.
I do like dreaming and studying….there’s one up near Solon Springs I keep looking at, but is probably best saved for late fall. It’s called Beaver Land.

Maybe worth a group planned outing? Although it seemed like last winter, our plans never would work out for us, which is why we often just had to go it alone. We’re in this place right now where things happen.
I think there are actually a bunch up your way we still haven’t tried yet, too. How are the mosquitoes up there? 🙄 The birding lists are talking about the huge displays of Green Darner dragonflies, with the thought that the mosquitoes this summer are feeding them well. I can usually tolerate them, but this summer I’ve been in misery. Even with jeans, my legs are horribly bitten up.
As for Lone Rock, I have it on good authority that Hotdogs Off Trail are planning to lead a post picnic hike there. Unfortunately, we have to go to a wedding that weekend. Might make for a great fall color hike, though.
Congratulations on hitting the jackpot!
Congratulations on the half-K milestone!
Congratulations on double fun there!
Congratulations on the milestone…sorry I didn’t get to meet you when Trekkin’ did the other day, but I was some distance away then! I’m sure our caching paths will cross again!
Hey Brian, Big congrat, aren’t you glad all the rest of us left some of those skeets to help you celebrate this milestone?
Seriously, congratulations!

Cool! That’s one we still want to get up there, and what better place to mark a milestone than the Bayfield Peninsula? Congrats, Mike!
Way to go, z-man. Wish I could have joined you for this one, but hey….the wild shores of Newfoundland were calling!
Well shoot, I leave the country for a week and what happens? Coongratulations Pat and Mark, it’s about time!
That’s awesome! Natural Bridge is an awesome location for a milestone, too. Congratulations, arrr!
