Congratulations on another milestone Dave. An icon, huh? I don’t think even zuma gets that status!
Congrats again…
Guess when you finally have over a million active caches, something’s gotta be done!
Never saw that toilet seat. Hope I never do.
Closest we’ve had to Helidood’s problem is putting together a fully stocked ammo can, with a handcarved letterbox stamp, and giving it away as a door prize. Keep looking to see it show up as a cache somewhere. That stamp was one of my better efforts!
I made that change but I think I’ve maxed out my daily quota! Thanks for the tip, hope that helps.
Lately I’ve been wondering just why I pay them thirty bucks a year. Guess we’ll just have to make the best of it.
Guess I feel a little better and a little less inept. I checked all kinds of things to see what I might have screwed up, and it’s all set to have logs. Must be the latest “improvement” at gc. 🙄

Though we weren’t cachers then…heck, the signals were still scrambled then!….if there are any caches on Dartmoor UK, they’d need the cow icon.
I have photos I took of some rare longhorn, longhair cow that was grazing there, and when we returned to our hostel, read about not getting too close to those. So I guess in some instances, they could truly be more of a hazard than simply watching for the cowpies underfoot.
Congratulations! She looks like a little doll, and her brother looks very proud of her.
Almost none of ours is in a known location anymore. I think the only one I get logs about anymore is the kangaroo I sent back to Australia. He did make the trip and every once in awhile, I get a log about his latest adventures.
At one point, we sent out a WGA coin, giving it its own gc.com account, to complete the Wisconsin DeLorme for us. It walked off from a cache in Sayner after being moved only once. I do hear the great stories of things returning from the TB grave, but losing so many so quickly has kind of lost its appeal for us. We try for the most part to place any we find into caches that seem to be more remote. The trackables placed in one of our caches seem to have been hit, and it’s not an easy cache, either. Go figure.
Congratulations LB. You guys enjoyed some primo caching for your milestones, that’s for sure. Way to go!

Someone else told me that when I was wondering the exact same thing. Who’d a thunk it? It’s surely an interesting landmark.
And how about the two giant snowmen/gatekeepers down the road? I’ve always like those, too.

It’s a nice day. Go out and cache, walk the dog, look for birds, play in the puddles with your kids. I am saying this as me, myself and I, and not as a member of the WGA Board. Some things are important, and some are not. Playing in the puddles with your kids is important. Hostility, shaming others and arguing endlessly over puzzles….is not. My opinion only.
Congratulations on a long career in the field that defines our times! Enjoy your newfound schedule (or lack thereof!)
