Darn, darn, DARN!!! We’re doing the re-enactment at Prairie du Chien that day! I wonder if we could sneak away for some of the day to join you. Guess we’ll have to see what that day brings.
Cool, glad to hear it made the “cut!” Since we had “insider” information, we’d heard the articel was not going to be published. Glad they changed their mind!
Trekkin’ especially likes the scotch tape tick removal device on the stick!
Whoop-tee-do, Jacob! Way to go, glad we could share a few of them along the way with you!
Thanks for the link….Trekkin’ is a historical re-enactor/researcher of that era. The man has so many primary source documents that he long ago abandoned our school day teachings on many of these topics!
Check out the link to the exhibit in Madison, too. As someone about to launch a weird Wisconsin challenge cache, I think this is a required trip! LOL
Congratulations, a great cache to mark a milestone.
Congratulations to the both of you on another milestone!
We’d have to agree. We did it last summer and I know we’re not the only ones to lose a layer of clothing in order to do the crossing. It’s so remote, though, that only the birds and critters would be around to watch.
Definitely our favorite kind of cache.
Looks like a fun one, congratulations!
Congratulations little guy! We’re delighted to have shared some of those finds in three different states with you!
What a great milestone, far more important than any number of caches!
Trekkin’ says to say that!
Congratulation, Pat and Mark!
Congratulations DB. We were JUST discussing this very topic on the way home from up north, and figured you were getting close!
Congratulations, great way to mark it, playing among friends!
Sheesh, didn’t I just respond to one of these for you the other day?
😉Congratulations, keep on climbing up!
What a great place to mark a milestone. Congratulations!
Don’t know about Trekkin’, but much as I’d like to join the fun, I’ve already got plans to leave the house about 3AM to hopefully see North America’s rarest warbler…..in sandlanders’ neck of the woods!
We hope to get down there later this summer to enjoy the maze, just can’t do it for the event.
