This is too cool… All of our geofriends seem to logging milestone after milestone. We couldn’t be more ecstatic. Kudos Brew crew.
400! What’s next?
yuk, yuk… couldn’t resist.
Great going folks!
tbWow! it seems the pace has been kicked up a bit… 400 in the first year and another 500 added in another 5 months. Can this be right? Kudos Jeff! Trudy and I are both wearing big grins for your achievement.
Great going!
We are in Awe!

We had a great time with Shaggy, Daphny and Scooby of Mysteries, Inc. But here is one experience we don’t want to repeat:

There is not much difference between brands. Buy cheap. If you lose it, you will have fewer regrets.
Ahhh… I can’t say I really remember life before geocaching. Maybee it was gynecology or genealogy, I can’t keep those two straight. I recall collecting a lot of music and video tapes; 8-track and Beta. Drank a lot of beer and caught some fish. I have a bunch of photographic gear collecting dust; a couple of Argus C3’s, A graphlex, a Twin lens reflex. I did the train thing. Did the electronics thing too; built a TV, an oscilloscope, a VTVM, a couple of Stereo sets and repaired TV’s for a while. Solid state electronics put the kabash on that. Did I mention hunting Bench Marks from NGS maps? It is all a bit foggy in my mind, but it’s comming back to me.
tbWe are fortunate to be on rather high ground. The rain has saturated our lawn and really dampened our spirits, but like the high water, this is only temporary. Our hearts go out to those who are suffering losses due to the weather.
Welcome back to Wisconsin Marc and kudos on your latest achievement. We will have to push to catch up with you.
Keep on caching,
T&tbLet’s take another look at this argument.
Enough of us have tired of roadside virtuals, so we have now banned Verts.
Some of us have tired of the cache in the parking lot, let’s ban those.
Soon we will tire of film cannisters,
then pill bottles, and then rubber maid, then tupperware…. and ammoboxes.Admittedly this is drawing the argument through a slippery slope to an absurd conclusion, but isn’t this where it is headed?
There is presently enough variety to please each of us. If there is a type of cache that I don’t care to seek, I will look for another.
