Dads GPS gets the come from behind victory!!! 10 of 10 as of august 23rd. Congratulations!

One of my favorites!
My computer does the same (PC) but only in places it’s already been typed before. PC’s aren’t smart enough to realize a user might use the same info in two different spots.
A correction is needed here.
Norwegianbird and brkster are tied for first with 9 of 10.
DadsGPS has 8 not 9, my mistake.
Nice job recruiting.
A flock of fun-seekers?
I have only posted there once or twice, though I read through them frequently. I agree with you on the BBS attitudes there too. That is why I thought to post it here first and see what “the locals” thought first.

How about a google since we are searching for something? 😀
I thought of that one too, but maybe a bit to commercial. Wouldn’t want to have to pay for the rights to use it either! 😉 😆
I agree whole hearted! I too place many caches of my own, and many of them are unique containers and locations. Any pic’s of these would leave me very upset, as most of them are a lot of work.
As a cacher, I try not to read the clues, as they can give far to much away, so pictures would only make matters worse.
Please send them a kind letter informing them of “proper geocaching etiquette”. It’s OK to snap a shot of yourself with the cache, as long as it’s not unique. But also take your picture away from the actual location.
If you want a pic of yourself with the unique caches, or locations, publish them to the cache album, not to your post please.
First place is now a tie between brkster, DadsGPS and Norwegianbird. All three have 9 of 10.
Good luck to you all. 😈
Thank you to everyone who pitched in, whether organizing, working, donating, planting or planning. You all did a great job, and my family thanks you for a very good time!!!
Thanks for the coin! We named it “Tyedyeskycrew’s 200th Find” and will be placing it after we find 2 more caches.
I have Vince Condela of the Fox6 News in Milwaukee to thank. While out hiking a couple years ago, in Piorio Nature preserve right by our place, we found our first cache. I don’t know its name, as it’s gone now. But I do remember finding it in the end of a log, right off the trail. We had no idea what we had just found, and just put it back the way we found it wondering what the heck geocaching is?
I came home and tried looking it up on the computer but must have had the spelling all wrong, because we found nothing.
(Two Years Later) I’m watching the evening news with the family and “Caching with Condella” comes on the screen. All three of us, at virtually the same time had a light bulb go off. This time I got the spelling right, and about 10 later we had our GPS’r, and our first cache… which incidentally is about 300 feet from that first cache I spoke of above, also located in a log!

7. Its on the cache listing, not the forum.
No wonder I could not find it here. I knew I saw it somewhere. Thanks!
This probably won’t be much help, but… If you know who manufactured it, you can get it from them. My guess though is that you posted here because you don’t know who manufactured it. So, I may be waisting your time. 😉
