    Welcome aboard!

Roger, you’ll do just fine. We’re used to the idea of your coords being a little off, and are prepared for it when we go hunting them. 😀

If you want to hide some caches, and are not sure on the accuracy, come grab or GPS before you go. That ay you can compare coords and do a better average.

Just last week I got an email from Hof05. He had found our “TyeDyeSkyCrew’s Good Deed Coin” in the bottom of his backpack the day before he was leaving for Iraq. It had been missing since January 2007. That’s 19 months! Glad to see it moving again.

TDSKids Tribute to space engineers Coin is our highest at just under 6900. It’s mission has been completed and is back with us.

The diabetes TB we started “Brzeg, Poland” Unite for Diabetes Travel Bug now has 18647 miles on it. It has not been to Poland yet.

You are locked out of making changes until after midnight tonight. Cheesestick wanted to give everyone a chance to get back from the long weekend. Are you up for some trades already??? Do you have an extra WR or TE you want to unload??

I’ve got to many good RB’s and need another WR myself. Trades?

You are going to end up having trouble with these adapters unless you buy a good one. I’ve read over and over about problems with the cheapers ones, and had them myself too. Get yourself a Belkin off e-Bay. They aren’t much more money and they work perfectly.

Like I’ve said in a similar thread, some people just need to complain.

And some people just jump right in like they own the place even though they are noobs.

Then you have those folks that think their opinion is right no matter what. Like everyone else in the world id wrong.

I think Freud had a name for each of these three types of people, and that name was the same.

And I thought Fantasy football was a fantasy. maybe I should start taking it a bit more seriously. Anyone wanna meet me outside for some fisticuffs???

    😯 WOW 😯

    😕

PS: id was not a typo, but some will be to thick to get it.

Right now we have Vanilla and Chocolate planned. if we have enough turn-out, we’ll go with strawberry as well.

There will also be hot fudge and all the toppings you can imagine.

My son (TDSKid) was also born with a heart defect. I can’t remember the technical name for it anymore, but what it was, was an artery in the heart that was supposed to close during birth, could not close because instead of being 1-2mm it was nearly 3/4 of an inch in diameter.

He was taken by ambulance on his first day from Kenosha to Racine, where they were also clueless to his problems. (They couldn’t figure why his heart rate was near 200). Then he was flight for life’d to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee. Dr. Berger took one listen to his heart with a stethoscope and knew exactly what the problem was. Alec had heart surgery that night to close the artery, and is now a very athletic child with no side affects! He spent 10 days in all in the hospital before he got his first meal. He had lost 35% of the weight he had at birth. Scary times, but a healthy child now!!!

in reply to: General and Specific Radio Questions #1894546

I have two sets of Cobra “20 Mile” Radios that I use at work. At best they are good for a mile in a residential neighborhood. In a completely open area, about 3 miles is the range.

In space, they would probably get the stated 20 mile range.

    The Illusionist

    Nature, Background, Detail, and Color

You perceive the world with particular attention to nature. You focus on the hidden treasures of life (the background) and how that is affected by the details of life. You are also particularly drawn towards the colors around you. Because of the value you place on nature, you tend to find comfort in more subdued settings and find energy in solitude. You like to ponder ideas and imagine the many possibilities of your life without worrying about the details or specifics. You are highly focused on specific goals or tasks and find meaning in life by pursuing those goals. You are a down-to-earth person who enjoys going with the flow.

    Mostly accurate.
