Wow, it is a small world. I once visited Antioch! 😆
It’s been a while, but this should work. But I can’t verify it, as I don’t have Power Point any more.
1. open the page you want to save.
2. In the upper left corner of your browser, click “Save as”
3. Click the drop down box marked “save as type”
4. choose “PPT”
5. click save
Ba Dah Dum Dum Dum, another coin bites the dust…
Yeah, another on gone. TyeDyeSkyCrew’s Good Deed Coin has gone missing. It was last seen in Arizona at the Grand Canyon in April. 🙁
I use IE, and just get the common error “Page Can Not Be Displayed”.
If anyone wants a discovery, I’d be glad to share mine. Just e-mail me.
I’ll start the bidding at $100 😯 😆

Great. Now that I saw your mystery cache I have to solve it now. 👿 😆
I have 8 more if you are interested. # X . was my first.
Personally, I recomend Match Head or Be Like Rogheff: Where There’s a Will There’s a Wave. Of course I’m a little Bias, but I have many many cachers use them as thier Milestone.
I have a puzzle cache in Kenosha called # X ., where I used the same code. Only, I had no idea it was called “PigPen” or that there was an actual font for it. It was something I remebered reading in a mystery type book when I was a kid. Something I thought most people would have trouble solving. At least now I know why some folks were able to solve the puzzle so quickly!
If you like how I did mine, I’d be glad to help you do one like it.

As I read through, my eyes glazed over and my head hit the keyboard when I fell asleep due to excessive legaleze, but I did read far enough to notice this in section 2b:
Except as provided in subs. (3) to (6), no owner and no officer, employee or agent of an owner is liable for the death of, any injury to, or any death or injury caused by, a person engaging in a recreational activity on the owner’s property

Thanks for that. I used it in an e-mail I sent to my representative.
Thanks for sending the email tyedyeskyguy!
My only quibble is that you used the more polite quote provided by abcdmcachers instead of my own: “beauracrat’s claim of “liability” because it is almost always wrong and is almost always given because they are too lazy to think of a real excuse for their wrong decision and they dont think your inquiry is really worthy of their efforts.”
LOL. I guess maybe you chose the better quote after all.
Thanks again for being willing to help with this important issue.

No thanks necessary, but you are welcome. I think all my Representatives, Congressmen, Senators and even our Governor, know my name when they see it. I seem to write them quite frequently about issues in this area, the state, the country etc… I wish more people would write to thier reps more often, maybe the smmall voices would finally be heard!
To start, if it told you that you must have a Garmin, then you must have clicked on the link that reads “Send to GPS”? I would have done the same at first glance, but you do need a Garmin for that particular link.
What you need to do is click the link marked “GPX eXchange File”, then click save. However, to do this, you will need to download EasyGPS which is a simple application software for your Magellan. The whole download and setup takes just a few minutes, a bit longer if you have dial-up.
The software is really easy to use. This software will get you started, but there is a better program you can pay for if you wish. That is called Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK) which is far superior, but after 21 days of free use, you will need to pay for the service. I still use Easy GPS, as it serves it’s purpose, and is free.
Hope this helps, and welcome to geocaching!!!

I’ve been buying my gas at BP (Amoco) for 15 years, since I worked there. NO MORE. They advertise as being so environmentally friendly, what a joke.
I wish I had something more intelligent to add, but I’m just too pissed right now!
What possible “liability” could the state have??? It sounds more like an excuse.
Must have been a hungry Eagle if it was trying to catch a goose!
