I too love my Magellan and would not trade it except for a new one.

As to customer service, I’ve had two occasions where they helped me quickly and saved the day. But, I’ve also had a couple not so good experiances.

I’ve currently been waiting for a replacement screen cover since before the new year.

Writting a new cache today, and logging 2 finds and DNF took nearly an hour and 45 minutes. It was frustrating to say the least.

One of my favorite, and most scenic parks I’ve seen is Rocky Arbor SP in Wisconsin Dells. Very nice camping there too.
