Great news Jim, thanks for the update.

Just a basic E-Trex Legend. No color and no auto-routing. I have mapping software, but I never loaded it. I just hold it on one hand and drive with the other. I’ve only hit one or two pedestrians using this technique and I’ve found just over 1,500 caches, so why change now. The black rubber ring around the unit has fallen off and the screen is all beat to heck but it still gets me close enough most of the time.
So that was you, my lawyer will be calling. 😆
We started with an Etrex Legend C and now have upgraded to the 60Cx.

road eats?
Papa’s cafe – Neenah.
Cranky Pats Pizza – Neenah & Oshkosh
Terry’s Bar & Grill – Oshkosh
Chet & Emils – small town on 45 going towards eagle river, north of antigo I think.
these are all on roads :>
Aren’t there roads leading to most restaurants?
That’s what I thought.
Now I would think that road eats would consist of Raccoon, Possum, Rabbit, Deer, Squirrel, Fox, Coyote, Wolf and what ever “Road Kill” you can find. 😆
Well Friday we are planning on heading a little further north to Menomonie, to see the Little River Band play. On the way up we plan on knocking off some of the delorme pages. Spend the night there and then head south for the picnic, knocking off more pages and then head home after the picnic. But we will listen to the tails from the trails when we arrive, if you save us some beer. 😀
This could not have anything to do with the 151 from the other night could it? 😀 Seriously Jim take care of yourself and lets hope for the virus.

There are no geocaches in the affected area, but if you take a REALLY dumb approach to Where The Deer Hide 2, you might think of passing through the area. .
OK this describes about all of my Cache approaches. 😆
Thanks for checking the areas.
