It depends on what part of E. Wash you are planning on placing the cache. There is a cache in Downtown Milwaukee on a median where it is as wide as the road. I think if it is wide enough it wont be a problem. I really don’t see a need to contact anyone before placing it. I think the reviewer would have the final say if it should be allowed.
Nothing like digging into the forums and bringing back an old topic. We saw an albino deer just west of Hwy 67 and I-94 about a week ago. Anyone else still seeing them around. Let’s get some more updates.
