Less than one inch of snow on the ground, I can still see grass.
Still raining on the south side of Milwaukee
Everything is great except that when you hover over a link it turns white and disapears.
Ha, the same thing I was complaining about three weeks ago saved me this week and pushed me into fourth place. I still don’t agree with the point system for defense.

Just like that I’m down by one.

And I’m the only one who has not lost in my division. 5-0 baby. I gotta claim some bragging rights.

Is there anyone with Time Warner / Road Runner in the Fox Valley area that is able to access the site? My thought process is just trying to figure out if it’s selective people or everyone in this area.
Duh, I did not think of the geographical thingy.
We have Time Warner Roadrunner and have no problem with logging into the WGA site.
“WSQ”, stands for Wisconsin Spirit Quest.

Yep – It’s so much “easier” to have all the members change their settings instead of changing the server time.

I was up by two points this week and kungfuhippie only had defense left to score. Washington gives up 59 points and he still gets nine points for defense. I know that the points he got were for kick off return yardage. Well if someone gives up 59 points they are going to have huge return yardage. Next year maybe only have it be punt return yardage only, because the other team is punting because of the defensive stop on third down.
VG – There’s a flaw in how you thought you lost. If you take away return yards altogether, you would eliminate 5 points from your team. You would have lost by 3 before Monday nights game even started.
If we look at just punt return yards (I don’t think Yahoo allows a commissioner to separate the two), you had 36 and KFH had 6. Converting that to FF points would have given you +1. Certainly not the difference in your matchup. Face it. You got your ass whooped. Kind of like the one you put on me in week 8. 😀
I never cared for the return yards. Last year Cheesy added it and the best receivers were the guys that received punts and kicks (Cribbs, Harvin, D. Jackson, Amendola, Stephens-Howling). That’s pretty much how I won last year. This year it was watered down enough so that those players weren’t big impact players. But it still can effect the Defenses. Look at 4 of the top 5 this year. Arizona, Washington, Detroit and Seattle. Guess what? Those 4 are in the top 6 for return yards. Now based on their records, I don’t think many would say they’re great defensive teams.
How about this:
Baltimore – Points allowed 165 (6th best) Return Yards 823 Fantasy 62pts
Arizona – Points allowed 243 (4th worst) Return Yards 1380 Fantasy 143ptsThat’s why it’s called Fantasy. As it stands for this year, it is the scoring system we have and everyone should be aware of it. Everyone has the opportunity to pick up a bad defense to score points. 😆
Sure, steal my moment of rant with FACTS! How dare you 😛 😆
On another note, Your right I did whoop you ass in week 8. 😛

Let’s all get on the same page. Calling the police “fools in blue”, “Barney Fife”, “Stupid Ass” are wrong. We all can sit here and “Monday morning quarterback”, for every situation that happens and complain about how a cahce was placed, location, container or that it was blown up. Law Enforcement does know about Geocaching but not all Law Enforcement officers are as informed as others. When a suspicious package is called in the “package” is x-rayed. If it is contained within a post, guardrail, tree or bush, labled or not, no bomb squad or any Law Enforcemen personnel will get with in fifty yards of the package. All the lables on the exterior of the container will not be seen by the x-ray. They will check for powders, wires or suspicious items. On an x-ray a magnet, log sheet or pencil can look wrong. All bomb squads will blow things up for the sake of safety than take risk of looking into the area to make sure it is a non-suspicious item. There are things blown up every day by different bomb squads in Wisconsin, boxes, briefcases, planters, not just Geocaches.
I feel the WGA should reach out to Law Enforcement, however, you will not teach everyone.
Let’s not jump on the Law Enforcement is stupid bandwagon and just get by knowing that they are out here trying to protect us from all evils.
This is one cache out of 14,000+ in this fine state that we live in. Move along people, there is nothing more to see here.
Here in Milwaukee there are several Law Enforcement personnel that are Cachers.
