Having talked with the Fire Captain about this incident today and heard there were a lot of posts on the topic, I thought I would join in and share some thoughts. First off caching community, sorry for the disruption.
I was the last official find of the cache. Out early on Suday morning around 7:30. From the time I parked, found the cache, signed the log, and back to my vehicle was about 12 minutes. I did not see a single person. If I had, I would have been happy to share what I was doing.
I don’t think I look like a terrorist or I acted very suspicious, I guess it is what it is.
My applolgies to tkks for his cache being jeopardized and destroyed. Obviously not my intention.
And I fully uderstand that our public safety officials have a serious job to do. Thank you.
I’m faily new to the game (about 50 finds), and really enjoy it and try to do it right. We shall . . . cache on. wise river rambler
