HI
Following the signals from space.
I hope some new people drop by today.
OK anyone watching (or trying to watch ) the new Odd Couple? The Time Warner signal is so bad it cuts out every 3 seconds.

Geohunter and Sarge are coming up from the Milwaukee area and are looking to join up with a group. Let’s set a plan to met up.
What is the best guess for the time it would take to do Bad George and all of his neighbors? 2 hours?
Should we meet at the Center and do these and then go to the Mother Goose series. Maybe the series to the south could be after the event.
You all set the caching time but I bet the 10-10:30 time would be good.

I would love to get in on a group hike to any one of the lonely caches in Meade. No snowshoes, so Iām really hoping there are some snowmobile trails. Is anyone interested in attempting Bad George? GCYVEF It looks like a little over 2 miles round trip.
Like the King of Pop said as a child “I’ll be there…”
A day off and Mrs WA is away for the weekend with Mrs. Lacknothing. Geocaching shall ensue. I have a nice little shovel perfect for uncovering anything that may be covered by craphas.

I could see cold affecting a GPS if it sucking the batteries dry. Fresh batteries give me better readinags than almost dead ones.
Winter caching I carry hand warmers in my coat pocket to keep the gps warm.

I was referring more to the likes of the Head of Cheese and that Fella that Needs to Run and other former fixtures of the Forums that have returned to the site.
BTW, you are too young to be a grizzled veteran.

Everything should point back here to the website. WGA FB page, etc should all entice people to check this out. While we had a rough month or two, we are steadily gaining members back and look at all the new posts but newbies or those grizzled ol’ veterans returning to the forums.

A new user from out of state with a zip code of France and the “city” in S.D. was actually in Pakistan. Either a bot or a sock puppet but maybe worth revisiting.
