Becca…the culvert was a hoot. The kind of thing you only do with the bestest of caching girlfriends. I think I only have two maybe three who would have crawled in that culvert with me.
That does sound like a grand adventure!
Girlfriends or just friends cuz I know I didn’t have a dress or lipstick on when I went in Saturday with you to WP3

Garmin Oregon:
If you can find a 450 series this is awesome and should be in your price range. Touch screen, good reception, easy navigation, intuitive design. If you can find this discontinued model it will be in the $200 price range.
Some also like the Garmin 62 with the little antennae giving better reception and that should fall in the $240 range.
Garmin 600 series Oregon had great screen, very bright but IMHO there seems to be more lag time between what I consider “good” coords. Sometimes it takes a bit to settle in while your caching buddies are 20 ft away signing the log.

I think all my new craphas is in the house south of me and all the craphas from the north is in my yard.

I also checked out the book The Art of Labor from the APL. Why you ask? It’s for a puzzle cache!
Sounds like a SS cache

I wonder what would happen if you type “ftp” in the new search box on the main pages… Or “useless drivel”. Or “The Squirrel”.
Fun!

I am All-In. When I volunteer for something, it isn’t on a lark but becomes a personal commitment and responsibility. I want to do the best I can to help move our group forward, to help grow geocaching and add members to this big ol’ happy family.
Ain’t no Party like a WGA party cuz’ a WGA party don’t Stop.
When something is special to you , you want to share it with everyone. I may not have the best ideas out there but I know how to listen to them and work with a group to make things happen.
